El Felah means when your heart, soul, your body, and your environment, your deeds, is free of any loss, calamity, affliction. This Sucsess can only come from Allaah subhaanehu we te'ala. For example you can drink a glass of water and Allaah can give you only the Sucsess of beeing not thirsty. But Allaah subhaanehu we te'ala can give you the Sucsess of drinking a glass of water to cure you, give you strength and other blessings. This and every Sucsess is in the Hand of Allaah subhaanehu we te'ala, and the most important Sucsess is connected to the Hereafter, or that means everything on this Earth in your Life and Death has a consequence. Every human being must act in one and another way, and that are you deeds. And not a normal human beeing can claim he or she is perfect. So the deeds will be not perfect and they will never, never be enough to enter Paradise. The Mercy of Allaah is the reason why people will enter Paradise, and your deeds (the good deeds) are the cause of Allaah's Mercy. One of the best deeds is Istigfar, that means that you always turn to Allaah and ask Him for forgiveness, for the shortcomings, for the heedlessness,...and so on. Seeking forgiveness from Allaah means a lot, we can talk about this topic long. But to summarize: No one will be perfect, never, you will make mistakes (sins), the good deeds will be also not perfect, you can do it always better, the whole day and night people sin and sin. And the best thing about the Sucsess in Istigfar is that only Allaah can forgive and erase your Sins, even better only Allaah can turn your sins in good deeds, and also multiply your good deeds, and much more Allaah loves it to forgive because one of His Names is Al Ghafur the One All-Forgiving and Al Wadud the One All-Loving....
