What a day out fishing for GRUNTER and ended up catching my first GARRICK using a KLIPVIS as LIVE BAIT. We went to one of my favorite fishing spots to try and catch a grunter on KLIPVIS as live bait.
Unfortunately we did not manage to land that grunter but we did manage to land a garrick on the klipvis.

The Klipvis looks like a mud skipper of sorts. That is the smallest Garrick I have ever seen. We used to spear them in Durban 8kgs +. Miss those days😞
