The relationship between mother and daughter is so sweet, it's lovely to see.
Truly impressive. Like Anna said, most of Pia's generation of chess players retired decades ago. That she is performing this well as the lowest rated player is incredible. Especially winning an armagaddon when you didn't even know what it was on day 1. Also props to her support network. It is in fact also impressive that both Cramling's have been professional chess players their entire lives. Pretty sure tournament winnings weren't very big back in the 80s.
As an older chess player It's great to see Pia doing this well. I can't think of a single player of her age - male or female - still playing at high level.
At this stage of her career, getting 2 consecutive draws (both games with black, and the second game with a time deficit) against a player of Humpy's caliber... truly impressive indeed.

Anna kneeling beside Pia’s chair is like she has done it constantly since childhood, and never given it up. I think it’s so sweet.
Just this afternoon I was writing something like... "Pia, go for the win, don`t close oportunities to yourself", and right now Anna is saying that she is going for the win and I`m so happy por Pia!!!!

If anyone was wondering about players needing to write down moves especially when the time is low, here is a quote from the chess enthusiaztic blog:
"If a player isn’t able to write by themselves due to any kind of disability or temporary accidents, then they’re provided with FIDE-approved assistants.
However, there’s an exception to this rule. If the player is left with only 5 minutes on their clocks and doesn’t have more than additional 30 seconds per move, then they’re exempted from this rule."
Anna is so close mentally with her mum, that her commentary is unique. We can almost be certain of what her mum is actually thinking on every move.
There's no commentary out there that can match this.
I was just commenting the other day at r/chess how impressive it is that your mom has competed at the top levels of chess for decades. Despite that blunder in rd 5 her games have been good if maybe a bit passive as you said. And that was a great win today for Pia and great to see. Congrats! Go Pia for rd. 7!

I hope this format with both open and women's classes will become standard in Norway Chess in the years to come. And hope Pia will be invited along for both quality and entertainment. Is an incredibly clever and nice person. And I notice the Norwegian commentators are cheering her on a little extra :-)

Pia is amazing!!! She could win before the Armageddon, when she plays for the win and trust in her strategy actually she win, I think she knows she can win but at sometimes she started to have doubts :( she needs to trust what the move that she wanna do is the best and do it. ❤❤❤❤ Anna dile que no tema perder prestigio al perder porque ya se lo ganó hace tiempo... que juegue a ganar por diversión y dinero porque la gente le gusta más y paga más cuando juega de ese modo, aunque pierda... Interesting. It is an achievement to earn the title of Grandmaster (GM) in chess at any age, similar to earning a black belt in Taekwondo. Life is short. I hope those who achieve early in chess also get to just enjoy the game.
I figure that people that earn GM early study the three phases of the game--especially openings and endgames. That's a lot to study, so I hope the early GMs have a chance to just enjoy the game and figure things out freestyle. Losing teaches you a lot, and so maybe learning a lot early robs you of the benefit of losing a lot. Maybe not? Hummm.
