Completely impressed .,fabulous workmanship ..I’ve always thought that GMC/Chevy were missing the boat with this chassis ..I’d be first in line to buy a Savana 4x4 chassis ..great work and vid !
...so you can open the right side which has the handle. Otherwise it's more steps. To open the left you would need to open the spare wheel carrier then the right door and then the left door.
beautiful van, not interested in a speciality vehicle... prefer a mass market design with something that may be easily damaged. Chevrolet dealerships wouldn't want to touch this thing in regards to repairs. Been looking at vans for a while and I'd practically have to drive to the other side of the US to get one that can simply tow, carry family and gear. Sad we can't find full-size vans these days to carry gear and family... stuck with silly and overpriced SUVs and these custom vans that require a second mortgage. It's a challenge even finding a Chevrolet Express 12-passenger in Florida with tow packet backup camera and sensors... guess I'm just venting. Easy full-size van to get ahold of now is a Nissan NV :-/
Gas Chevy Express ans GMC Savannas depreciate fast. New are above $40,000 Used are under $25,000 And used Duramax diesel 6.6 Express and Savanas are above $30,000 And some have over 100k miles. I missed a 2016 Chevy Express 3500 Extended Passenger Van with the Duramax 6.6 for $18,000 Now it cost me $38,000 to get it 3 years later. With double mileage of what it had then. Its got 70k miles now.

I would love to have one of these vans. Hopefully I can get one of these in the future! I like the 3/4 ton 4x4.
There is a bumper made by weldtec designs that looks amazing
Man, this is my dream vehicle. Hopefully I have enough money for one someday
"Anything is possible, it's just limited by your imagination...and your budget"
Well, there goes all possibilities for me. haha
Thanks for watching
Nice done! How do you evaluate the total price for all at the end with buying a vehicle, installing duramax, and changing drive type?
Wow! Very nice.
How are chevy express/gmc savana for camper van conversions? yours looks great thanks
👍👍👍👍👍
would you make a similar one of these in 2.8 diesel base gmc savana?
how much roughly it might be?
2.8 diesel engine wouldn't be worth the effort
this is sweet
Fantastic build - what’s the total cost?
Shouldnt the tire rack be on the other side? It swings out into traffic.
License plate goes on passenger door, all about preference.

I hope the owner of this van had a UA-cam channel.
I was thinking the same exact thing right before I saw your comment LOL. This van is a beast!!
Will you do Dodge vans? 1998 raised roof. Handicap set-up presently.
Thanks guys
What kinda gas mileage, there, I said it
Do you have another one like this for sale?
Nice van
wondering what the deal is with the four holes in the back left door.
athletejmv Probably left over from the removal of a door-mounted spare tire carrier.
Door mounted ladder- 4 more holes in the top of the door
The departure angle with that huge hitch added would be abysmal...
Bonjour je besoin de cette véhicules combien coûte jusqu'à daresalame svp

4x4 conversion is around $13,000 and another $3000 for the 3" lift. With everything else you can easily double that amount.
