I absolutely love stereo photography. I used it professionally when defining contours from aerial photos in the field of river's and water supply around Tasmania in Australia. Getting the images in the right order was essential as if you didn't, the stereo photo you were looking at was back to front, ie. the hills or mountains were beneath and the river or streams were the highest point (very confusing).
