the tank buster reminds me of fatalis in MHW, where you can block his breath, and it'll create a safety cone behind you for others. shits the ultimate tank fantasy.
As someone who has played healer 99.99% of my time in this game, I can say that casual healers will still go on strike when amazing shit like this exists.
I've been raiding on DPS as long as I've been raiding (ShB) and I liked AST so much this time around that I decided to bite the bullet and take it into something harder than a norms roulette. ...I'm managing but y'all did this to me I'll have you know.
This is genuinely such a big up I was so happy progging this as a healer I felt so alive and important. I've been a healer main for 6 years and genuinely this extreme gives me a lot of hope this expac will be better towards us finally.
MSQ as a Healer is mind numbing.
Ive done savage as all three. Learning a fight is easiest with a tank.

love that tankbuster at the end where the tank creates a safe cone for everyone to stand behind. lots of creative movement in this fight!

I don't think that's what it is though. I think it is based on the direction of the attack, and tank also have to stand in the safe zone inside the tower.
Haven't done this fight though, those are just my guess.

@@leoli1589the party has to move according to where the boss is aiming, but yes that's exactly what is happening in this fight. If the tank doesn't stand there, everyone gets hit and dies.

I actually thought the second one was always ice for awhile, because I got nothing but ice phase first for 2 lockouts straight.
During that Buster at the beginning, being Tank feels like being the Maincharacter in an Anime

Love this fight. Got 99 tokens from Ex2 which I hated so much, Ex1 is much better to farm. Still no luck with mount, 66th attempt there.
How is your camera zoomed out that far? On my screen I can barely see the edges of the arena. I know I’m probably alone, but I’m not having fun this expansion. Absolutely miserable 😖

@smellybearc7411 just how Xeno and his crew have always been. They don't care much for the story and stay because they like the gameplay. I personally like the story and the endgame content of trials, savages, and all that good stuff.
Xeno mostly enjoys the raid content and stuff so that takes priority on day 1 but he said he will go through the story on his 3rd character.
@Adrian42451 that's the point of multiple characters.....
One to skip story on and do all the new challenging content asap, and see the full 100 kits.
One to go through the story on.
