Please make sure to keep cameras in your house. I don't trust babysitters even sometimes family ones. This world is scary. You guys deserve your time together and I think a babysitter is a great idea just be cautious insha'Allah.

leena, 1899 was canceled after 1 season but the creators of that show first made a show called DARK on netflix, its 3 season, probably one of the best shows I've watched. The original is in german but there is a English dubbed version too. if you guys like 1899 am sure you and your mom would love dark!

Dark is one of the BEST shows I have ever watched. It's very complicated in an intelligent way. I didn't mind it being in German and reading the English subtitles. I had to watch it twice to understand it more. So so Good! I am going to have to check out 1899.

On parenting, I think it’s important to set boundaries and stick with them consistently. Boundaries help children feel secure. It’s so much work to be a good parent and to love your children enough to discipline them, but it pays off. And children who are intelligent are often much more challenging, if that’s any comfort. I used to worry so much as a single parent, but my daughter is such a blessing and turned out to be so wonderful, thanks to God. ❤

Salam Leena, it's normal for kids to behave that way. They are adjusting to having a sibling in their life. It's just a phase and Insyaa'Allah everything will get better. I have two boys and my eldest son is an easy baby. My youngest is very challenging and demanding. He's turned 5 and he is much better as he gets older. He's very clingy to me compared to my eldest son who isn't at all. Different kids have different personalities and my boys are opposite of each other. One likes to read books and the other one doesn't like to read books. One of them is able to sit still and quietly while another one is always climbing around and jumping. It's really hard even for me so just be patient and understand that kids are always in a developing stage. It's important to educate them by communicating with reasons and explanations. I'm sure you guys will do just fine. 🤗

Hi both, great video as always😊 could you please also share with us how you deal with your strong willed Alaina. my daughter is also strong willed, and sometimes I loose my mind :( would be nice to know your approach and if it works. I have tried a lot of things throughout the years, but she always somehow figures out how to get what she wants and manipulate us. she is now 7 y.o., and it's scary to think about her teenage years😞
I do the same exact thing. I can be stern with my little one but if baba is stern with him I'm like nooo don't do that🥺😅. Gentle parenting is like medication I feel, use where needed.
