The remainder is turned over to the local chef-tons or numerous orphanages. The hunters take the trophies . So it is a win/ win situation. how you missed? You do not stay down on your rifle when you shoot. You jump up and look. you need to stay on the rifle and never pull up. Way better shot if you do.
Shooting rounds into the air is stupid no matter where you are. I will not let a client even take a shot on horizon. You do not know what is where the bullet will fall. Very not ethical. Shoot into ground it just shooting not the air will go for miles. I had a friend shot in leg and he never heard the shot and was a .30 caliber.
And if Uganda did that within a few years there would be no wildlife because they would no longer have economic value and the locals would just kill them to make more room for cattle and sheep!
