The UK's Modern Slavery Act 2015 covers human trafficking, under which organ harvesting falls. It is punishable with a maximum sentence of life imprisonment

What about the criminal law of nigeria, grievous harm, say that you can't harm the health of a person so therefore the doctor cannot do thing that will their health will include removing am organ that will harm their health, beside the law is for emergency purpose in which you cannot ask for the person consent
