Cutting board is actually called a chopping board or at least that’s what people from England and Australia call it.

There's a slight grammatical error in your sentence.It should be written like this "Didn't even know one of them".You must use basic form of verb with did in the sentence or else it's considered wrong in english.By the way,I got all of them correct!🤭Pretty proud of myself.
