The Hidden Leaf Village really did treat Naruto like absolute trash. Naruto was the vessel for Kurama, but he was the vessel unwillingly, and it was only because he was the vessel of Kurama that the attack on Konoha ended that day. Despite this, the villagers didn’t parade him around as a hero, or treat him with the respect a hero deserves. No, they didn’t even treat him with the respect that is basic for a simple human being. Naruto’s dreams, and his ninja way, his duty to his village saw him sacrifice time and again for the village, despite the village not wanting anything to do with him. While training on the turtle island just before his debut in the Fourth Shinobi World War, he encountered a dark part of himself that told him that, even though he was now a hero, he still secretly bore a grudge against the village. And as he fought Sasuke at the bridge in the Land of Iron, even Naruto stated that it so easily could have been Naruto who had chosen the path of darkness instead of Sasuke. So that makes me wonder, what would have happened if Naruto really HAD chosen the path of darkness instead of Sasuke, and had left the village? I suppose that’s what we’re going to see today. I feel as though Madara wouldn't turn evil and while Hashirama would be upset and angry he would recover. Hashirama would still be 1st hokage but either Madara or Izuna would be the 2nd hokage since neither is on a murder fest. Which would in turn give the Uchiha a far better standing in Konoha and could possibly prevent the massacre

What happens next, i see 2 outcomes
On one hand, Sasuke probably doesn’t leave since Naruto never reminds him that he needs to get stronger.
On the other, he might still leave since he never becomes friends with Naruto, who was what was stagnating him in the first place
If he does leave, he never comes back since
1. Naruto doesn’t get the crow from Itachi.
2. Sasuke never learns that Orochimaru wants his body I don’t think, since Naruto is the one who told him that in Valley of the End, he dies and Orochimaru takes his body.

When Naruto stole the scroll of sealing it took longer than the original time line for hiruzen and the other high ranking shinobi to find out, Mizuki was also unable to find Naruto's hiding space leaving Naruto enough time to learn every technique. Eventually hiruzen realised it was missing and naruto stole it
He would have died if he learned the skills in the scroll. The ones he could have learned due to his chakra were flying rain(Minatos jutsu, he would master it due to his large chakra) and the 8 trigrams(He wouldn't be able to use it effectively)
The other jutsu in the scroll are practically a death sentence if he ever tests it for example the reaper death seal would rip out his soul.
He was lucky that there was only time to learn the other jutsu.
All the jutsu in the scroll are a death sentence for normal people. The jutsu Naruto learned would typically use up all the chakra a person has and immediately kill them.

no not really thy like to reuse a lot of content and the stories are usually straight forward and end up being what if blank was more powerfull or what if blankA and blankB swapped places that and some truly interesting stories like what if the hyuga clan fell instead of the uchiha kinda felt like the ball was dropped that and they never go deep into the world and make it feel alive the what if they make mostly seem to only progress when the mc of the story is in that area

I hope you do one with Sasuke and Naruto leaving because I could see Orochimaru branding Sasuke with the Curse Mark after accidentally branding Naruto. Sasuke would have already had his persuasion to leave the village and now Naruto does too.
With both of them heading off to Orochimaru, the Sasuke and Naruto retrieval squad would be down a man, unless they take the time to find Ino, Tenten or Hinata, or Sakura might have to head out as well.
Orochimaru wants Sasuke's body for the Sharingan, but now he has Naruto as well, another Uzumaki he can experiment on and with the Curse Mark, Orochimaru can now test to see how the Curse Mark would interact with Tailed Beast chakra and with Sasuke and Naruto being together, their rivalry will be amped up, causing them to get even stronger.
Konoha would be in shambles due to the failure of capturing Naruto and Sasuke and which ever 2 ninjas chased after Sasuke and Naruto, would be killed by Kimimaro before Lee and Gaara could arrive and who ever is going to fight Naruto and Sasuke in the Valley of the End is going to lose as well and MAYBE Naruto and Sasuke let whoever they were fighting live due to their history together.
Sakura is either going to collapse from the lost of her teammates, Sasuke is gone, so too is Naruto and Naruto's condition after losing to Sasuke is what pushed Sakura to learn medical ninjutsu and start taking her life as a ninja more seriously, but with Naruto not being there, that might not happen, unless Kakashi arrives to give her inspiration, but becoming a medical ninja wouldn't be on her mind due to the fact that she isn't looking at Naruto's injured body, instead she will think back to when Kakashi brought up the Genin Exams and how she had skill in Genjutsu. From there, Sakura would learn under Kushina for the next few years since her team would be broken up.
Jiraya would be in a bind and even fall into despair as his godson was taken by Orochimaru and how he failed to protect Minato, his son Naruto and prevent his friend Orochimaru from leaving the village.
