I’ve just finished a Tunisian crochet baby blanket and am having a hard time starting this around the edges as a border. How do I start it so that all 4 corners are mitred?
I think I figured it out. It’s not the prettiest but it’ll work. If you do your increase from one stitch to ten at the left side of the work it changes the angle of the corner so you can attach it to your blanket and continue up the side
Not on a turn, but you would if going up and not making a turn. Just like before when you started. If you keep going you would do it the way you mentioned, but since this is a corner and then attaching to a existing row there is no need for the extra.
