the first tune is a GHB setting of the Pasacorredoiras de Vilalba [Gary called this 'The Three-wheeled Rabbit' when he didn't know the original title] The second is the Aires de Pontevedra ; both, as he says, Galician tunes

irelan has Uileann Pipes and irish War Pipes,Macedonia and Bulgaria have their own pipes.I have a set of Bulgarian pipes that i bought 9 years ago during a skiing trip.As a drummer i thought it would be great to try something else.My first serious try came 9 years later today. If i get through the rest of the afternoon off a respirator, and having learned 5 notes will be doing well. But am going to continue and people concerned about my health are welcome to check in and email.

Aires de Pontevedra. Wonderful tune beautifully played however if you have never heard it try the version played by the amazing Galician piper Carlos Nuñez.
