I switched to PC a While ago and tried out newcomer lost. And it was the most fun ever. There was NO new players, it was seriously only 5 smurfs vs 5 smurfs. Newcomer is even worse than playing a match in high plat 😅

Some of them try to go for clips but fail miserably and die. Saddest shit I've ever seen. Recently I've just switched to quick play since atleast I can compete a bit. Pls if ur gonna smurf stay away from newcomer

You got lucky. It’s full of platinum ranked players on smurf accounts, cheaters and trolls. It’s better to just skip newcomer lobbies and go to quick match.
When I started playing it was actually very nice on PS4. Then when I was setting up an alt to play with my friends cause we had too much of a gap between us, I played one match in newcomer, it was literal hell. Never turned it on again. And before I get called a Smurf, I've never went try hard in any match while leveling up, always played the dumbest starts, shittiest guns with worst attachments, just purely for fun not to destroy someone's experience
@@MalleusIudaeorum Newcomer has it's own ranking system as well. So you're first couple matches you will actually get pretty bad players. If you are smurfing yourself you will start playing better players in newcomer. If you are actually a new player and not very good, you will play other bad players. The first couple games you might run into a brand new smurf but once they level up after a couple games, they'll be playing other smurfs. Unranked is the worst ranking system imo. I am only silver/gold and not very good myself but in unranked I'm constantly getting plat/diamond players.
It's been said a couple times in the comments, but cheating in the cosmetic unlocks typically has different motives than using walls/aimbot/recoil hacks. For most people who cheat in cosmetics, it's because they don't want to spend money on the game (beyond already having bought the game) or because they want access to a skin they may have missed from before they started playing. If you're cheating in cosmetics, it doesn't make you any better at the game.
I’d give the cheaters props anyday if they wanna cheat for cosmetic skins all day as opposed to cheating with wall and aim to ruin other people’s experience.
Varsity, the hacker joined later in the newcomer game since you can join the game whenever you want. If you aren't sure, skip to the last round on quick match and newcomer to see if the hacker joined then. Like so Varsity can see this!
Can't really do that for brand new players though, some might get lucky and get assfucked the next match. Others might be a bit trash for a few games when they're normally great mechanically. Etc etc

The better you perform in newcomer / casual the better opponents you will face. Have tested this across a little bit less than 10 accounts

Shafting people for having good aim while not actually understanding how to play properly just ruins the experience for them.
To fix newcomer they should have a 30-1hr tutorial for every new account and the only way to skip is to say that "you have played before", locking out newcomer

Edit: I bet that person did the same thing I did and forgot they were on a different account when they filled out the info for the match. I wrote SmashPortal on mine, but then realize I was playing as Embercleave after it was too late to fix.
I had another on newcomer. Person shot me through 2 walls while I was repelling then sprinted towards the last person alive when the enemy team wasn't on cams. They're banned now but still. Newcomer isn't safe.

I vehemently disagree with the whole “if you’re using a skin cheat you’re probably using other cheats” argument. I would have no problem with using a skin cheat since all it does is give you cosmetic options that don’t effect the game in anyway (or in some cases actually give you a disadvantage because studies have shown that people react to colors that stand out faster, and most of the sought after skins are pretty flamboyant” but I would never use an aimbot, wall hack, recoil script or anything of that nature. I’d say there’s a _massive_ difference between cheating to give yourself an unfair advantage and cheating to get cosmetic upgrades or cheating to make the game more fix for everyone. All cheats aren’t bad, _malicious_ cheats are bad. If you’re giving yourself an aimbot, yeah, that’s bad. If you’re going around giving people colored headlights or spawning in a bunch of tanks so the lobby can have a fun little war on GTA V, that’s fine in my books, so long as you’re not hiring anyone.

Just got back into siege, playing on PC instead of Xbox now, and it’s frustrating that cheating is so common, and that it’s kinda easy to hide having walls simply by just having enough awareness to not be looking exactly at where someone is
When I leveled up my smurf I decided to do new comer but help the truly new players and didn’t try to shit on kind of only realy on teammate info and abilities. I kept playing with some and saw a lot of progression in only 5 or 6 games. If people would do this I think it would be actually good but people are to selfish to care about the state of theyre favorite game.
7:00 kinda wrong, it's just a save file in which the skin has already been equipped. The game doesn't verify if you own the skin and that's why it works.
22:30-22:38 you can see the character's feet of the player on the stairs clipping through the white part of the upper staircase, usually a huge giveaway to a players location if you're astute enough to catch it. This is a just a flaw with how stairs work in games.
My first game on pc was in newcomer and it was on consulate, and there was a guy named “NOTAHACKER-“ and he was moving around during the prep phase and killed us before it even ended.
A skin cheat is more of an administrative cheat, not a gameplay cheat. Wanting to unlock aesthetics is not the same as wanting to cheat at the game. Entirely different motives.
welp, it is definitive that they had atleast some sort of performance enhancing cheat, the recoil was literally a dot. I do believe they have some sort of recoil cheat, maybe not aimbot but the recoil control was just too suspicious

We played against a P10 Roni XIM user on console(XIM is MnK) A match later he was on our team. We had a 4 stack We tk'd him every round Its somewhat common to see Mnk. But I prefer it over PC seige by a million miles. (Not saying any platform is better or worse, they both got cheating)
To be fair. They should allow matchmaking to either have both controllers or just plain PlayStation or Xbox controller and no MnK. Then again some companies just care about money

The Zeus guy's kill on the stairs I'm pretty sure he had call-outs from his other two teammates that were right next to him. There were at least two other "GOE_ " names on his team, so I'd wager they were queued together. Given some of his moving though, if any cheating was occurring, it was probably more likely a teammate feeding him calls, not Zeus himself walling.
literally had a cheater in a newcomer match. i called him out and my entire team went "oh come on. it's newcomer, nobody'd waste their time hacking in newcomer" then they got shot without any indication where they were through walls and went "holy shit it IS a hacker in newcomer" Fucker was blatant and if he was just a little better at hiding it, i would've just been viewed as a salty player.
I played NC a few times because I was trying to get a mate more prepared for regular casual, I basically sat in a corner or killed myself at the start of a few rounds and watched him play, it was pretty fun tbh
my stance regarding the whole "used a text document so whats to stop him from using other cheats?": I had a smurf that i used the unlock skin exploit with, but never even wanted to use any other cheats. I just wanted all the skins that my friends had so I got em. I don't wanna ruin the game by being a dickhead and start walling/aimbotting, that ruins the fun and just seems so pointless
as someone who’s actually previously used the unlock all text file cheat (broke college student who just wanted skins), you can’t actually get black ice or glacier using that method. the plasma pink wouldn’t work for me either. i still got to keep my blue nebula skin though. ubi completely patched it, as well as the elite skins and diamond weapon skins file.
In my experience most people that used skin unlocks are also cheaters. They have older skins as well as having multiple black ices to make them look more legit which may show they are a long time player who may have taken many breaks. Also those that skin unlocked unreleased elite skins were 99% of the time also had walls or aimbot.
Varsity i’m sure he’s got the unlock all because he’s lvl 64 and hasn’t played old siege only Crystal Guard. But at the end of the day it’s only a skin
A friend of mine got accused of cheating for dunking on some kid a few weeks ago. Now I'm just waiting to get to see her on this series and for judge Varsity to prove her innocence

Having Glacier on all Pathfinder operators guns is normal (Plus Buck and Frost) if you purchased the original skin. I bought it back when they first released it and you didn't need to unlock them individually.
My brother has glacier on his main account. He didn't buy an account nor is he a hacker or anything. Just because someone has glacier doesn't mean they're cheating?

To be fair, i played on PS4 for a 2.5 to 3 years off and on. And it annoys the shit out of me when i switched to PC none of it transferred over. None of my skins, i spent a lot of money to get season passes, had a crap ton weapon skins and charms. Not to mention the legendary skin i bought. So i could see the unlock all skins, because fuck doing all of that again. I dont know how to do it, but in this instance i could see using it. The amount of money i put in to the game on PS4 and none of it transferred, which i knew it wouldn't, is infuriating.

That text file download method does not work anymore, atm you need to use cheat engine to actually get all the skins. Probably he is using other cheat engine stuff as well
As someone who had to make a new account cz my main keeps getting abandonment cool downs cz of powercuts, in an average newcomer lobby 7/10 players are smurfs that make newcomers life miserable. Ubisoft should make it so that you level up significantly faster in quickmatches so that people who just wanna rank up and play ranked should be able to do it without ruining the game for the actual new commers.
To be fair, if there was a way to simply unlock all of the skins by downloading a hack onto Xbox I’d totally do it because I just enjoy the way they look and I’m big on cosmetics. I wouldn’t use walls or anything because that’s just shitty and takes the fun it of the game. But I can see why people would run skin cheats. Ubisoft makes all of the best ones expensive. You’ve either gotta take the easy way and pay for credits, or grind a fuck ton for like 50k renown for a bundle.

I got the game mid way through Velvet Shell so there’s a lot of decent skins I missed out on, Ryuko being the one I’m most bummed that I missed because it’s too amazing of a skin to be confined to an early game seasonal skin only. My current skin library on Xbox is pretty decent but the ones I missed out on are what I’m focused on. My renown would go towards new operators if bundles. I can see where some fun would be taken out of the game but grinding for skins like diamond is a pain in the ass. Especially with only getting around 300 renown a game on average, and the skin is 100000 renown. That 300 being mainly for wins, so hypothetically you would need to win 334 games in a row to get the diamond weapon skin. I’m a casual player, I’ll play maybe 3 or 4 quick match games and that’s maybe up to 4 times a week… 4 games 4 times a week would be 21 weeks worth of wins just for a skin. That’s a bit much…
I feel like running a skin unlock all doesn't mean you're going to cheat, there's a difference between giving yourself cosmetics and ruining others fun. That being said, most cheaters use a skin unlock all cause why not, and especially if you're using ember Rise skins

I vehemently disagree with the whole “if you’re using a skin cheat you’re probably using other cheats” argument. I would have no problem with using a skin cheat since all it does is give you cosmetic options that don’t effect the game in anyway (or in some cases actually give you a disadvantage because studies have shown that people react to colors that stand out faster, and most of the sought after skins are pretty flamboyant” but I would never use an aimbot, wall hack, recoil script or anything of that nature.
I’d say there’s a _massive_ difference between cheating to give yourself an unfair advantage and cheating to get cosmetic upgrades or cheating to make the game more fix for everyone.
All cheats aren’t bad, _malicious_ cheats are bad.
If you’re giving yourself an aimbot, yeah, that’s bad. If you’re going around giving people colored headlights or spawning in a bunch of tanks so the lobby can have a fun little war on GTA V, that’s fine in my books, so long as you’re not hiring anyone.
The only real advantage is things like ember rise/north Star skins
i'm fairly sure he says it just so that Ubi doesn't get angy at him cause even if its just unlocks they're free and thus skip the part where they make money out of it so its considered cheating, even if by definition "cheating" is a way to give yourself an edge over who you're against and yk, having your gun different colors doesn't do that in any way shape or form
Just got back into siege, playing on PC instead of Xbox now, and it’s frustrating that cheating is so common, and that it’s kinda easy to hide having walls simply by just having enough awareness to not be looking exactly at where someone is
When I leveled up my smurf I decided to do new comer but help the truly new players and didn’t try to shit on kind of only realy on teammate info and abilities. I kept playing with some and saw a lot of progression in only 5 or 6 games. If people would do this I think it would be actually good but people are to selfish to care about the state of theyre favorite game.

22:30-22:38 you can see the character's feet of the player on the stairs clipping through the white part of the upper staircase, usually a huge giveaway to a players location if you're astute enough to catch it. This is a just a flaw with how stairs work in games.

welp, it is definitive that they had atleast some sort of performance enhancing cheat, the recoil was literally a dot. I do believe they have some sort of recoil cheat, maybe not aimbot but the recoil control was just too suspicious

To be fair. They should allow matchmaking to either have both controllers or just plain PlayStation or Xbox controller and no MnK. Then again some companies just care about money

The Zeus guy's kill on the stairs I'm pretty sure he had call-outs from his other two teammates that were right next to him. There were at least two other "GOE_ " names on his team, so I'd wager they were queued together. Given some of his moving though, if any cheating was occurring, it was probably more likely a teammate feeding him calls, not Zeus himself walling.
literally had a cheater in a newcomer match. i called him out and my entire team went "oh come on. it's newcomer, nobody'd waste their time hacking in newcomer" then they got shot without any indication where they were through walls and went "holy shit it IS a hacker in newcomer"

my stance regarding the whole "used a text document so whats to stop him from using other cheats?": I had a smurf that i used the unlock skin exploit with, but never even wanted to use any other cheats. I just wanted all the skins that my friends had so I got em. I don't wanna ruin the game by being a dickhead and start walling/aimbotting, that ruins the fun and just seems so pointless
as someone who’s actually previously used the unlock all text file cheat (broke college student who just wanted skins), you can’t actually get black ice or glacier using that method. the plasma pink wouldn’t work for me either. i still got to keep my blue nebula skin though. ubi completely patched it, as well as the elite skins and diamond weapon skins file.

In my experience most people that used skin unlocks are also cheaters. They have older skins as well as having multiple black ices to make them look more legit which may show they are a long time player who may have taken many breaks. Also those that skin unlocked unreleased elite skins were 99% of the time also had walls or aimbot.
Varsity i’m sure he’s got the unlock all because he’s lvl 64 and hasn’t played old siege only Crystal Guard.
But at the end of the day it’s only a skin

Having Glacier on all Pathfinder operators guns is normal (Plus Buck and Frost) if you purchased the original skin. I bought it back when they first released it and you didn't need to unlock them individually.

To be fair, i played on PS4 for a 2.5 to 3 years off and on. And it annoys the shit out of me when i switched to PC none of it transferred over. None of my skins, i spent a lot of money to get season passes, had a crap ton weapon skins and charms. Not to mention the legendary skin i bought. So i could see the unlock all skins, because fuck doing all of that again. I dont know how to do it, but in this instance i could see using it. The amount of money i put in to the game on PS4 and none of it transferred, which i knew it wouldn't, is infuriating.

As someone who had to make a new account cz my main keeps getting abandonment cool downs cz of powercuts, in an average newcomer lobby 7/10 players are smurfs that make newcomers life miserable. Ubisoft should make it so that you level up significantly faster in quickmatches so that people who just wanna rank up and play ranked should be able to do it without ruining the game for the actual new commers.

To be fair, if there was a way to simply unlock all of the skins by downloading a hack onto Xbox I’d totally do it because I just enjoy the way they look and I’m big on cosmetics. I wouldn’t use walls or anything because that’s just shitty and takes the fun it of the game. But I can see why people would run skin cheats. Ubisoft makes all of the best ones expensive. You’ve either gotta take the easy way and pay for credits, or grind a fuck ton for like 50k renown for a bundle.
Once you skin unlock everything what do you actually work towards in this game? Since you have everything you’ll just build up renown to nothing

@@WhatIsTheHeat I personally would use it more for the unobtainable skins. Ones like Glacier or Ryuko. I got the game mid way through Velvet Shell so there’s a lot of decent skins I missed out on, Ryuko being the one I’m most bummed that I missed because it’s too amazing of a skin to be confined to an early game seasonal skin only. My current skin library on Xbox is pretty decent but the ones I missed out on are what I’m focused on. My renown would go towards new operators if bundles. I can see where some fun would be taken out of the game but grinding for skins like diamond is a pain in the ass. Especially with only getting around 300 renown a game on average, and the skin is 100000 renown. That 300 being mainly for wins, so hypothetically you would need to win 334 games in a row to get the diamond weapon skin. I’m a casual player, I’ll play maybe 3 or 4 quick match games and that’s maybe up to 4 times a week… 4 games 4 times a week would be 21 weeks worth of wins just for a skin. That’s a bit much…

I feel like running a skin unlock all doesn't mean you're going to cheat, there's a difference between giving yourself cosmetics and ruining others fun. That being said, most cheaters use a skin unlock all cause why not, and especially if you're using ember Rise skins
