If the devs had known about that multitasking glitch you activated, I think they'd have made P03 start looking terrified at the speed with which you managed to pass through his act.

It's easy, whenever there's a battle he just continues one of the "reward" thingies where u either get a card, recycle, upgrade, beastify, etc. so that after it's done then the board would be back and the fight will be skipped. He couldn't skip that one fight where he had a crap ton of cards tho cuz he ran out of the reward thingies. I'm guessing he activates the glitch by quickly getting up of the board and sitting back down whenever the reward thingies start
Me, someone who has 100% Inscryption: "Ah, I'll watch the speedrun out of curiosity since I'll be able to learn a new trick or two!" The speedrun in P03's factory section: "So, you thought you knew how this game worked?"

Cuz his world _IS_ a constantly glitching, half baked cyber mess. And since it would actually be beneficial to him for you to glitch through and speedrun his section so you could commit The Great Transcendence faster
But if he glitches through the bosses then Po3 can't use his computer to upload Inscryption Like in the archivist fight it ask you for access to your files but he never agrees to it

Due to how fast you breeze through the game, I can't help but admire all the satisfying sound effects of Leshy's cabin, and the soft music, and his voice clips- They rumble through my headphones so nice, I really like it.
Sound design in this game is super satisfying and having all of the sound effects and music happen right after each other makes for some sweet background noise to play while I go about my day. This is an impressive speedrun to watch and listen to, thanks for doing this!
I mean, he deserves at least a little suffering after what he did to his students. Plus Rebecha implies that his ultimate ambition is even worse than Leshy/P03's..
The most (or least) heartbreaking part is that he's doing it to himself. He can't say that he's entertaining you beforehand because you're just... staring at each other. When he glitches at first it should be his que to start making the trek toward the player, but he refuses. In the end, him being unable to shake your hand is his own fault
Ngl I laughed during my first play through when he just popped out of existence. Idk why it was just amusing to me in the moment (maybe my sense of humor is just flat out broke)
It's crazy how even the times are for these acts. Each of them take around 20 minutes and then about 10 for the finale. Props to the dev for making such a well-balanced game time wise

But the 3rd act is long without speedrunning bugs, also it needs you to think properly of what are you gonna use and how to actually win. The ending is just pleasing, and is bound to time so it's prolly just irreversible
PO3 technically didn't even get access to the (in universe) files of the computer, let a lone; finish making the make-a-boss fight, take any screenshots, and connect to the internet... Technically speaking if the glitches to skip boss fights in act 3 were cannon things Luke did in the story of Inscription, PO3 would not be able to upload Inscription to the internet, let alone access the files to grab Inscription from the computer. Makes me kind of want to see a theoretical 'glitchy Speedrun' ending where Luke somehow broke the game to the point where... Idk something happens😅

So i believe the game we play isnt an upload from P03, as if he did only upload the game's files, we wouldnt see Luke. Inscryption is just a playable POV of Luke Carder. Still, the P03 ending is the canon ending because its literally the only ending. And at the end of the Incryption ARG, there was a video supposedly taking place after Luke tried to hammer the game, we see a picture of the Stoat from Act 1 on his computer screen, indicating that P03 did indeed manage to escape Inscryption before the big reset. I think dropping the plot and adding an endless mode for each version of Inscryption would be WAY more interesting. Think like the battle Frontier in Pokémon where you can go on forever, building your deck more and more and altering it in ways, all while your AI is learning how to challenge and counter your decks and playstyles. Yeah, definitely a super ambitious idea but I think it can work. Edit (01/19): Okay, so, I was wrong; this isn't a weird opinion to have. I wasn't sure if I was in the minority or not. The third act however was extremely not expected. My confusion started when he didn't get the Ourobot immediately, and peaked when I "realized" why.
I mean one guy did that for sonic forces *although it was controversial* I say if it's under a hour Its Fine No matter the progress I'd even give you a special note saying you beat the game in under an hour!
I'm not even going to pretend I know what's going on in act 3... But what I will say is, I like how when the sentient machine is in charge everything breaks, while Leshy, who plays like a Dungeon Master, stays pretty much fine. It's fitting to the types of games these two represent. No glitches in DnD... yeah, a player might break something, especially in the story line, or in a puzzle, but if you're a good DM, you just keep going without them every realizing something broke.
surprisingly not too rng heavy in my experience. A lot of the time saves in act 1 are due to a moderate amount of rng but mostly due to quick and smart plays. Act 2 takes the most rng, you have a 1/5 chance to get bone heap first pack and that will probably be where you'll restart the most if you're trying to get world record. Act 3 is the part of the game with the least rng, the only rng is how comfortable the first four fights of act 3 are, after that you can skip every fight in act 3 with no rng involved.
I don't normally watch or care about speedrun. But i love this game, yet i hv no time to watch someone play/play it myself again, so this video is like a blessing to me. Great speedrun!

@@MystralThunder no such thing. kaycee's dead for good, she mad inscryption to hide an important file in a floppy disk, hence the disk found by luke. the scrybes were in charge to guard the file and are made sentient, but then ig they're too sentient (considering grimora and p03's actions) that she had to make leshy in charge the most thus making him the only one at the beginning. as mentioned it was only a joke reference to their creator and p03 was opposed to her actions so yeah

@@MystralThunder no such thing. kaycee's dead for good, she mad inscryption to hide an important file in a floppy disk, hence the disk found by luke. the scrybes were in charge to guard the file and are made sentient, but then ig they're too sentient (considering grimora and p03's actions) that she had to make leshy in charge the most thus making him the only one at the beginning. as mentioned it was only a joke reference to their creator and p03 was opposed to her actions so yeah
@@zocker2586 Leshy was put in charge because the Angler fetched him some OLD_DATA, one of the first logs of KCM confirms this, though it was heavily implied by some of the Angler's dialogue in Act 2.
