i've been using this on my first gen SV650 for 2 years. Works fine and looks much better than the original. I recently got on issue with the oil maintenance light though. It suddenly went on and cannot figure out how to reset it. The instructions are not very clear as well. Any idea how to do it? Thanks a lot. :)
@@ep.shapes I took it to a professional to do it for me tbh. He said it,s been pretty straightforward it u follow the manual. The only thing was the the fuel light which couldnt be connected on gen 1. I just switched it off from the dash.
Great video mate, in thinking of using it for my xv750 that actually will have the R1 front end like yours, would you recommend this unit after using it? I'm in between this unit and the trail tech vapor, but for the price this one comes with the lights as well and looks more complete. Thoughts? Thanks in advance
@@lucasazeredo1 Yes, they give 2 mounts for different caliper bolt sizes to aid in lining it up. If they will work on your rotors I touch some in it with My FJ build @ around 0:50 sec point. ua-cam.com/video/CicM7H7WeEg/v-deo.html

Hi, how does the speedometer keep up in the rain, is it waterproof?
I don’t have the bike anymore but from what I remember it was.

I looked at the Vaper, I chose the Koso for the small size and the indicators. it actually is a nice unit, My Brother has one for his XV750 as well!
@@iccustomsusa8048 Nice, thanks for the reply, was it easy to fit the speed sensor?
