If animals are crossing the boundary, the best thing to do to find the weakest point is to use tracking to follow the animal tracks backwards. Assuming tracks don't simply disappear on this level, which is still possible, it will allow you to find the thinnest point in the least time.

Here’s my idea:
Go to Level 4 the same way described here, but then instead of finding a door, look for a vending machine and press a button, then no lip into it to be sent to Level 6.1.
You’ll then need to find a sliding glass door, that will take you to Level 11.
Sprint around until you find a purple glitched wall, no-clip into that to be sent to 3999.
You’ll receive a list of tasks you got to do to leave via the doors, you also get a button that returns you to 3999.
Complete the list as fast as you can, then press the button to be taken back to Level 3999, you should be able to use the glass doors and exit to reality.

Actually, theres a HUGE skip you can do on level 1, by finding the exit that leads to the hub, and entering the door that leads to the barrier level.

The small issue is: If you exit and enter levels too quickly, you might get send to level 148. One of the most dangerous levels of the backrooms.

Not that save route to exit backrooms:
-Go straight from 0 to 3 level
-find a car on level 3 and get inside to get teleported to level 69
-after wake up,drive a car through tunnel to reach level 11
-no-clip into purple wall in level 11 (very rare) to get send it to level 3999
-finish the whole task list and get send to reality after you go through exit

That route pretty much never works though due to Level 11
But lvl 3999 tasks can be very easy or can take years to complete

A safer guide is to follow the tutorial until you get to level four then you should find a vending machine and press any button on it and you should noclip into level 6.1 and then ask the nearest meg outpost for directions to level 11.after you get to level 11 you should find a purple wall and noclip into it and you will be sent to level 3999 and complete your tasks and leave
If you noclip into a arcade machine you will be sent to the gamerooms and if you are not a fan of sonic.exe dont noclip into the sonic arcade machine

Not that hard to make a back rooms level, just make up something stupid and add some scary entities
Just randomly shows up outta nowhere, gives a brief overview of the current level and vanishes
It exists! Its entity 48 called Aiden. Its a mall security looking guy in a suit with a camera as his head. There are multiple "Aiden"s and They're in every level in the backrooms. All the "Aiden"s share the same memories and would give you almond water and lead you to the next safe level.
And then he would just become guiding light

Faster way: It’s really rare, and it’ll take a while to find it, but in level 0, you can find an elevator that takes you to level 152. Then find a neon light blue wall, no-clip through it, and then you’ll reach level 3999. Complete your requirement(s) and then you’ll have escaped the Backrooms in 3 levels. And almost all of these are safe.

When I decided to speedrun the backrooms again, I also got the idea of noclipping through a wet spot in level 0 to land in level 4000, and by noclipping through a strange rock near the ocean, I got sent to level 3999 (another backrooms exit) and my new record was 5 minutes 21 seconds (World Record Time!)

Actually I think that in order to go from the Backrooms to reality quickly, you go from Level 0 to Level 1’s entrance by noclipping and head straight down the corridor, go through the door, then continue until the end of that corridor. Then, double back to the entrance of the level. There will then be a diverging path. Take the left path, through which you will find another divergence. Take the right path, then at the next 1, take a left, and at the next 1, take a right. You will see 2 doors, labeled A and B. Take the B door. Upon crossing that door, you will find yourself in an identical room to the previous 1. Now, take the A door. You will find yourself in The Hub. Then go to a door that is labeled “Level 710” and get down to the ground and rub through to the arch once you see a portal to the Frontrooms and then boom! You’re back in reality!
Not me trying to remember this so if I no clip to the back rooms I can no clip back to the front rooms
The door is probably still locked so not risking going to level hub

I don't really want to speedrun the Backrooms, I just want to shortcut my way. Who knows, A-Sync from an alternate-alternate reality may actually be able to create an artificial doorway to and from the Backrooms.
And broogli won
Kane's Backrooms (A-Sync) and the one the backrooms Broogli is talking about here are two different universes. Kane's Backrooms only has Level 0
Also, from some fanmade, if you are found inside of the backrooms and you find your way back to reality, A-Sync will force you to stay in The Backrooms dimension forever.

I was thinking of another way to speedrun the backrooms but its super dangerous.
First, get to lvl ! as fast as possible one lvl 2
Second, run super duper fast until you find the sublevel door to lvl !-!
Third, Grab as many energy bars as possible and run
Fourth, run until you find the staircase and you should be at the promise lands
Five speedrun the tasks and you will be in reality again

level 3999 is confirmed to be a Backrooms exit, but the difficulty may vary because you'll receive a list of objectives to do before actually getting out of the hell that are the Backrooms

I think there is a faster way. Although it is mentioned in the fan-based wiki, throwing a paper plane in level 36 (the airport) will tp you back to reality. So: The same thing until you reach level 5, then you need to find a moldy wooden door that leads to level 9, where you follow the signs the city(level 11). A bit before you enter the city, there should be an airport. Enter it, and find a paper (how hard can it be) make a paper airplane, and leave
Better way & Much safer.

> Stay there for 5 hours sad
> Get transported to level 6.1
> Exit from the backdoor to level 11
> Find a Purple Wall (Noclip into)
> Get to Level 3999
> Complete ALL Tasks

Just got a new WR of 5:08:57 any%, got really lucky with the exits of level 8 and 666, which saved a lot of time that you took a while to get to. Hey, we could do one coop speedrun sometime, I'm pretty sure we can beat the WR on that category.

Actually, level The Barrier, from what I read, has a 99.98 percent chance of no clipping you back to level 0, 0.01 percent chance of no clipping you to reality, and 0.01 percent chance of erasing you from reality. Here is a safer way to exit: From level 0, find a way to no clip to level 1. From the entrance, head straight down the corridor, and stop at the door. Go through the door, then continue at the end of that corridor. Thrn, double back to the entrance of the level. There should now be a diverging path that goes left or right. Take a left, and at the next one, take a right. As soon as the right path is taken,the path will lead to two doors, labelled A and B. Take the B door. Upon going through that door, the new room will look identical to the last one. Now, take the A door. This is the door that leads to The Hub.

Imagine if broogli made a speedrun vidoes from level 0 to the last level ever would be insane.
I imagine that this speedrun category is heavily rng based, since you could spawn close or far away from the exit to each level.
Note for Level 6. Use an eyepatch when you start the speedrun to allow one eye to adjust to complete darkness. Once you enter Level 6, take off the eyepatch. Using this method, you should be able to run through the whole level and find the exit pretty easy with that one 'cat' eye. Just a thought :)
I dont think that works because level 6 has a complete absence of light. Adjusting your eyes only works if there is still some amount of light

i heard that at the backrooms level 0, you can go towards a wide area of flat wall and punch it until the wall is broken. Behind the wall should be all glitchy and bunch of numbers and code that comes in all colours. Touch it and you will be teleported to reality but by touching the glitch, it could be very painful.

This speedrun works but only with extreme luck because most of the gateways to other levels is just by slight chance. Also you need to be mentally prepared for the whole thing

Broogli has always been my guide to the backrooms and i wouldn’t know how to escape without him. I also wouldn’t have uncovered a way to communicate with skin stealers and infiltrate m.e.g. bases
I like to imagine someone intentionally clipping into the backrooms, starts a stopwatch and then just fucking books it and when they reach the end, they ended up cursing because their time is 1 second more than their previous time.

Also, make sure to never spend more than 1 hour at any level or when speedrunning to not skip any levels you weren't noclipped into bc the chances highly increase you'll end up in ONE of the most dangerous backroom levels...Level 148. If you don't know, don't ask. Overall, great video as always! Cheers!🎉

heres my original way i used for reaching level 999 (that is, before i found these tutorials):
Just start from Level 0, get to Level 1 (though if u dont have any food i recommend you go to tom's dinner while ur still there), obviously the glass door in level 0 that leads to level 22 is too rare to find and it would take more time so for that solution the risk outweighs the reward
Go do Level 1 like you usually do but don't progress to Level 2, because you might just find a hole in the extend hallway's hall and it's gonna getcha to Level 19
When you're there look for a rusted door and you'll get to level 20
While you're in level 2 keep looking for corridors without any lights and take a stroll there for a few hours (i didnt bother bringing my watch with me) and you'll skip level 21, straight to level 22
When you're in level 22, noclip into a car and you'll get to level 817. Level eight hundred god damn seventeen... THAT SHIT IS NEAT
from there just go through the old fashionned way until you're at lv 854. Immediately convince that bitch that she cant trick you so the house can start flaming up, then noclip into the flames to get to level 902, another big jump fr but god help u if u get cornered by smilers on that level
just go and make your way to 906 and politely ask Blanche to stay a night there if you're tired (u might find me there since im resting a bit before going to explore lv -0 to -999). if u dont feel sleepy then theres always lv 974 but kitty's a weirdass stalker (the only advantage though is that theres a wifi much like scrapyard), theres the hotel in 911 but that level has so many physix rules and its annoying, heavily recommend 906 if u dont want any trouble only thing u gotta do is be polite and curious
anyway by the time u reach 906 u just go through the backrooms normally until u hit 999, havent found any speedrun method

I got lucky in level fun and got warped out of the back rooms after opening the present from the party goers. The party goers were very friendly too.
It doesn't exist
My method for escaping the backrooms is finding the manilla room on level 0, sit there for 5 hours feeling negative feelings which should bring you into level 6.1 the snackrooms. Once you’re there you can eat some food then walk out the front or back exit to level 11. Then you have to enter a mall with a 20% chance of being sent to level 3999, or you can find a rare purple wall and walk into it to be sent there as well. After that go to the front desk and get the list of tasks and once you complete them you will go back to reality.

How would it look to everyone else when you noclip out of the barrier?
Either it's going to reset time back to the point where you never left or it's just going to look very funny to anyone nearby. (Imagine someone just phasing out of the ground or a nearby wall and claiming to have seen the backrooms)

Not calling you dumb, you way more about the backroom than me but! You also inspired me to research more on the backrooms and make my own version of the Backrooms called The Cat rooms. i have only sketched out two level level 0 and level 100784 or the beginning and the 'exit' by the way the exit is actually not the end of the cat rooms. But my point is that what about the rats sometimes in the boxes in level 1? they are alive.

To find another exit in the backrooms you can, walk very far on level 0 until you see the Manila room, feel sad for 5 hours, you’ll get transported to level 6.1, exit the glass doors then you will end up in level 11, find a purple wall then no clip through it you’ll get to level 3999. You will have a task card to complete, after you complete the tasks walk out the front door then you will escape
