I have other 1/6 scale rubber skin figures with similar cracking issues at the elbow 🥴 and definitely wasn't going to let that happen with the Martian Troopers so I left them sealed in package on display on my wall shelf all 10 in a row looks awesome!!! Dynamite figures actually recently came out with a vamperella 1/6 scale rubber skin figure that has a better rubber skin body but even still not recommended to leave in long poses with bent elbow joints, I took her out of package but only pose her in a light stance free of any bending of the joints, Like you said perhaps one day these companies will produce a better quality figure without these issues of cracking at the bending joints 😅 Good review I enjoyed watching 😊
This figure looks awesome. I just found a bunch of boxed 90s Mars Attacks toys I have stored at my mom's house for over 20 years. I think I will be picking up these new Mars Attacks figures.
I've always wanted to add this to my collection, anything Mars Attacks is awesome. But the price this 2nd hand figure goes for makes me wanna scream ACK! ACK! ACK!
I really wish they made more Mars Attacks! figurines. Mars Attacks is one of my most favorite movie series and ive been wanting a Mars Attacks figurine for display. This is perfect! Apart from the fact that the lowest price I found was 600$. Why does all the cool stuff have to be so expensive?
@@HorrorMonsterCollectibles There are only a few action figures (that have fully moveable joints, yk?) that I know of. The 50th Anniversary figurine and the Super7 figurine that's coming out in June/July of next year. The 50th anniversary figurines aren't as expensive as the Martian Soldier one you reviewed in this video, and usually go for about 100-300 dollars. Which (by this video's standards) is pretty cheap. I recommend getting one and doing a review of it. The figurine isn't as poseable as this one (the mouth doesn't move, the eyes don't move, and the helmet doesn't come off) but it's finely detailed to look more like the Martians from the Mars Attacks! trading cards.
@@HorrorMonsterCollectibles some other figurines worth checking out are the promotional toys they made for the movie. I don't own one personally but they're smaller. Look up "Martian Ambassador Figurine" or "Martian Spy Girl". They usually go for about 40-100 buckaroos.
I purchased 10 of these when they where first available but I haven't opened any of them and more then likely never will on these particular figures due to the rubber separation!!! So I just keep them sealed, I'm only now watching your video as I was looking for the new super 7 mars attacks martian troopers pre-order reviews and I ran across your video, as I was interested in seeing the trooper out of the package!!! Good review indeed!!!
I was looking at these on ebay a couple months ago, and you're right about the price. Every one of them had the joints that had split. The one thing that bugs me about figures with clear domes is how they all have the 2 halves. That just bugs me to no end for some reason.
I have a tip for you those figures actually have rubber for their arms so I wouldn’t then their arm so much because time I saw someone had one and they broke it

Dude that’s awesome!!! I wish I still had all of my old stuff.

I fully agree

This channel was on 🔥, I hope he's ok
I’m fine 🤘🏻
You would think that Hot Toys would it fix the problem with these beautiful figures breaking.
Seeing they’re not cheap to purchase.

🤣 Me too. I mean, I get it from a manufacturing point of view, but it’s not very desirable otherwise
Whats the song in the background? Sounds like a remix of Main Titles lol
I can’t remember for sure, but it was from the soundtrack
You can see all the other joints, so.being able to see the elbow joint isn't terrible
Yeah, very true
Did you see the Spirit Halloween display? I think you'll like the Martian .
They are too tall. The Martians should probably be about 4ft tall and that one is probably 6ft.
No, but I need to check it out. Super 7 just released a couple of action figures that look good.
Love the Thumbnail
Awesome video/review
Nice one sir
Thanks David!

We come in peace. 😉
What a shame, I’m really happy with my super7 stuff rn.
Прикольный фильм.Сколько стоит она в США ? У нас это будет совсем недешево.Скоро обещают NECA выпустить фигурки по этому фильму.
These are rare and long sold out, so they are expensive everywhere unfortunately.
