In our home my mom cut these eggplant thin round slices and put red chilly powder, turmeric, salt and dip it in dry semolina and shallow fry it in oil. It taste yummy. We also make Bharta of it which is we fry the eggplant directly on gas stove till it soften up and after that we remove the skin, mashed it up and put chopped green chillies and onions thats it. It is also very yummy recipe.
