It's difficult. If you're not at a super high level I'd recommend deathmatch as it is the safest. If you've got meta gear and also aren't at a high level I'd say try flag capture. If you're him and consistent, do TF
I have a warmup routine of going into private maps and tracking the corners of walls as I move and jump around to work on my tracking. After that I play some team fights on pool and then deathmatches on pool. Lower sense is good for less shaky aim. Hope this helps

I don't 1 shot everyone though. If people have my counter mods, so like if they use kinetic armor while I also use kinetic dmg, I'll have to 2 or 3 shot
