I have those lines on a Brother color laser. The lines are black so I replaced the black drum assembly, but the lines didn’t go away. Could it be the toner cartridge?
My laser printer seems to find a very usual problem I cannot seem to find anywhere on the internet, it's a HP CP2025 and the 3 colors (YCK) prints great but the Magenta (M) does not print no matter what I do, i even replaced the cartridge twice with brand new genuine toner and the magenta still will not print. Help please
DO NOT DO WHAT THIS GUY IS DOING IN THE VIDEO. You should not expose the light blue drum to light. Doing so will guarantee the drum will have a shorter life.

i think cartridge contact issue , please check cartridge tray
