To clarify, putting boiling water on cold and icy glass can destroy it due to massive shift in temperature
We did this in Germany for three years. But you don't use hot water, you certainly don't use boiling water, you use cold water from the tap. Never broke any glass or bought one of those stupid scrapers.

Having worked in a hotel as the person who took the phone calls please do not pretend you need to keep insulin cold. If there is not a fridge in your room we probably have a limited number and if the hotel is packed you are almost definitely taking one from someone who really does need it. Ive had to tell people that we couldnt do anything about keeping their insulin cold before because we were at 98% occupancy and half of the rooms had asked for a fridge claiming they needed to keep medications cold.
😂 the hotel I worked at would tell you to bring your medicine up to the front and keep it in the employee fridge. 😂

Put the ice in the clean produce plastic bag. Use the clean plastic bag to line the ice bucket in the motel, because maybe that bucket is full of germs.
If there is no ice bucket, use the grocery carry bag as an ice bucket.
If there is no refrigerator in your room, put the insulin or food in the ice bucket and add ice.

Guys, can’t believe I have to say this, please don’t pour hot water on the frozen car window, it’ll break it. Either use room temperature water, though I wouldn’t recommend, or just turn in the car and wait for it to melt.

I’ve done ALL of these, and yes, I do put pop corn or sometimes slime in movie seats, they can’t have cameras in the room where I’m from, so when the movie or adds are shown, so I get there early and do that when the adds come on and the camera’s shut off. My favorite thing is watching them sit down and immediately get up, especially the ones with the dates. I usually get the brown colored slime so it makes it look like they shit themselves in front of their date.
