The purpose of TT is to make money for TT. Period. TT benefits by charging multiple pros for Direct Leads even when the Pro has put a two week block on ANY leads. It does not support their profit margin to hire people to address disputes such as this, therefore it is impossible to contact anyone at TT. No one is there. It's all run on autopilot and the phone is disconnected. Meanwhile, they've headed off to Cabo to spend their profits.

worked with thumbtack for two years and now I've given up. before 5 leads two turned into work, now you spend a lot of money and it's just curious people wanting a free quote or just fake leads.

It mostly sends you Tire kickers and sells the same leads to several contractors and you end up all showing up at the same time, you get charged for the lead anyway and by the percentage of the size of the job 🤯

Don't do thumbtack. They have terrible customer service- worse, they don't even have it. I have gotten scammed from customers and get charged.
