Tilapia is a fresh water fish like salmon and is good for consumption when it is caught from the wild. Unfortunately for us in the UK we only have access to the farm grown Tilapia which as you said swims around in their own excrement and are fed antibiotics to keep them from dying. Just as a bonus, the same is also true for Salmon, only wild caught salmon is good for consumption as most salmon today is farmed like the Tilapia.

Tilapia is a very common fish in East Africa and it grows naturally in Lake Victoria although there's some that are farm raised but not fed poo! It's a very healthy and delicious fish though needs a bit of seasoning and is not a fatty fish like Salmon

There’s nothing wrong with eating pork. Vegetables grow on soil with dirt in it (manure) and are very healthy
Yes, you are right to, but I think in general meat take a very long time to digest in our bodies so we shouldnt consume too much of it. In terms of pork. I think it’s each to their own really
Sis you can also snack on dattes you can fill them with your favorite nuts. They are healthy and very sweet. Fennel seeds is also great for digestion. I always chew on it after each meal

oh girle, I'm from Kenya, the shores of Lake Victoria to be precise. Tilapia is a fresh water fish and the only fish I eat. its very safe and healthy. A bougie Sea bass or bream
