Man with a mission, Chef JP Anglo! Filipino forward it is. I remember we had a food crawl in December and my 12-year-old niece, of all the six restaurants we ate at, said that she enjoyed Sarsa most (fell in love with your caldereta empanada). Definitely one of the go-to restaurants for Pinoy food!

I remembered a month ago, I was super craving for their sisig and kansi bulalo that I requested my husband to have our lunch there. As we passed the restaurant location I initially thought that they are already closed and I almost cried. Glad to know they just had their restaurant renovated and is back to serving my favorite classic Filipino food with a twist.

I have to visit this remaining Sarsa place Chef JP. I was a regular patron of Sarsa BGC and used to see there in the kitchen (felt sad when it closed down). I miss the inasal sisig and kare kare.
