Well there's ethanol which can be produced from organic materials like corn or even algae. Then there's hydrogen gas, which is a gas not a liquid but it can be used in combustion engines. Ethanol is our best bet, its extremely similar to gasoline in its chemical composition. In fact ethanol has more chemical energy so it will actually increase horsepower output. Though it does produce carbon emissions albeit much less than gasoline.

Upgrading the side and center mufflers with this package sheds over 40 lbs, reduces rear tire temperatures, and sounds desirable to most.
