I’m so glad I found your channel. I grew up Christian (daughter of a pastor too), but I always felt magical. Always felt like I was a witch. I’m a healer as well and an empath. I am very intuitive. I have had people ask me, “are you a witch or something?”. Of course I said no but in the back of my mind I would think why would they ask me that. I guess I am still in denial. I feel like I’m gravitating towards reading tarot. I’ve been fighting the urge to buy a deck. I think it has everything to do with growing up Christian and feeling as though I am or will be doing something wrong. I applaud you for stepping into your truth!

I grew up Christian too, and I’ve always been drawn to ‘witchy’ things. My grandmother had a psychic sense and I’ve just discovered this world but it feels familiar to me. I don’t see why we can’t do both! So many women and families in my church use essential oils and collect crystals (mainly for decor) and the way I see it witchcraft is the same just with intent behind it. I’m only a few days into researching this so I have a lot to learn but that’s how I see it so far.

Our witch ancestors who were at risk of being burned at the stake would be so pleased and proud that you are living authentically and have this public platform to educate and expand consciousness. Umm being a Christian is no different to being a spiritist, both are spiritual! Your “Bible verse” contradicts itself.
For me, a witch is simply anyone who goes their own way...not wanting to harm anyone...lets others just be but also wants to just be let be. A witch follows their own intuition and inner guidance which is instilled in everyone by God, at birth. Witches do not follow other people's dogmas but instinctively know what feels "right" for them and they go with that. I have been a witch all my life but actually owned it at around 12. I'm not wiccan. I'm not Christian but I do have my own set of values that I follow. I don't do "hexes" but I know how to use my shadow side. I have always desired to heal others and have been into herbs every since I was a kid thanks to my mom who (although didn't identify herself as one) was a natural which and I come from a long line of women who were the healers, midwives, rocks of their families. Hard headed, soft hearted women who also had a really keen sense of intuition, could see spirits and visions.
I LOVE your videos and your vibe. You are most definitely a witch. I also feel that my witchiness makes me closer to God because it is trusting God's voice and guidance within, without outside interference and opinions of others! Keep being you and doing what you do. The world needs more natural witches.

Christianity isn't right, neither is Judaism, or Islam for that matter. Each has some truths within them, but as a whole, they are not right. Of course, you are free to follow them if you wish, but you will suffer a lot and waste your life. I see it all the time. Christians suffer a LOT. It's sad because a good witch can really help reduce or even eliminate their suffering but they don't want any part of it. What's worse, their bible doesn't even condemn witchcraft. The verses about witchcraft are mistranslations. Needless suffering.

Facts, we are light workers or light warriors, unfortunately religion is one of those things that is always touchy, I know work for the creator at the end of the day I know my bond is solid, we just need to rely on Mother Earth, our ancestors and spirit guides. It is so disappointing that there are still people who so fiercely judge others for how they decide to practice their spirituality. Good is good and bad is bad, it's as simple as that. The one person going around to your comments, and telling us we need to find the bible is so unnecessary. Disappointing.
I love how some Christians like to bash this kind of stuff yet the Bible has a bunch of prophets that use supernatural abilites, there's a story with a damn talking snake, Adam and Eve eating an apple and gaining knowledge, which that story always seemed a bit off to me for some reason, but god forbid somebody practices whatever gifts they may have or may go and practice witchcraft and they're automatically bad and evil blah blah blah

Yo, I cannot tell you how HARD this hit home to me. I just got my degrees in psychology this year, I’ve always wanted to be a healer of the mind. Now I feel I am being called to be a healer of not just the mind but of the spirit as well. I am just getting into witchcraft again for the second time and this time around I am putting my EVERYTHING into this. I am only 8 minutes (8 is my fav number) into your video and I just had to comment on this. With this Libra New Moon coming up I feel so excited, electrified, and READY for a change. I have been journaling and praying and meditation (with vivid, VERY vivid visions) and asking God to show me, to tell me what my life purpose is so that I may put my all and everything into being the best person that I can be. Also if you’re a witch you must fully support Hillary Clinton? Have you experienced anything supernatural? I’ve witnessed many supernatural things in my Christian/spiritual path. Majority of Christians wouldn’t even acknowledge or question if it’s through Jesus or not. But many Christians are blind and timid. The church doesn’t speak on the supernatural but that’ll change very soon. How do you feel about Donald trump who’s anointed by god now in office? Wow this is so similar to my story...I suffer now from anxiety and depression. My name is also Jessica lol. I've majored in psychology and also come from a very Christian background, I have this passion to help people but I don't know how just yet. My mom has told me a story about when I was younger and healed my grandmother of double pneumonia, im a empath, im drawn to crystals and want to really further my studies but of course im in a bind as far as what I was raised to believe vs what I know now. I've thought about it I could be a witch but just dismissed the thought thinking I was crazy to even think that lol. This seems like a confirmation for me 🖤

I am gravitating towards witchcraft and learning of voodoo. It’s what my ancestors are pushing me towards. I am scared, I will admit. I was raised on Christian principles as well but this feels like what I must do. Going back to my roots is way more important than programmed fear. My connection to animals, herbs, oils, and plant medicine is truly deep. Something I have been ignoring all of my life.

Damn. Thank you. I was raised Jehovah’s Witness and I’ve always thought that what I wanted to do was a sin and a phase (since I was just a preteen when I was getting into the broadest aspects of witchcraft). I’m 24 and I’m getting less and less afraid of the practice because people like you put themselves out there to share their way and educate others.
I know you practice magick for positivity and healing, but can you recommend any books or websites about truth and protection? Because, more often than not, the truth brings out people who want to shut you down in any way possible.
Or you know what? I know this is asking for quite a bit, but how about a video recommending your favorite educational witchy books/websites? Because I want to leeeaaaaarrrnnnn!!!

The struggle was real.
Raised in the JW cult as well.... congrats on escaping! You can practice your craft in any way that you choose... there's no "right" or "wrong" way and letting your intuition, feelings and soul guide you is more powerful than any book - but I do understand wanting to know "how" to do things since that cult is all about hand feeding their dogma and making their followers regurgitate it over and over again. It can be difficult once you're out to trust your own instincts but you will know in your heart what is right once you get back in touch with that part of yourself. They do massive emotional manipulation and knowing who you really are at the core may take months or years to tune into, but you WILL do it! Many blessings and lots of love!

When my mother passed on when I was a child my gifts made themselves known to me especially since her spirit was calling out to me, and growing up as a JW there was a lot of fear involved in that subject especially witchcraft. Overtime I’ve learned to not fear the things I don’t understand and embrace them for they’re apart of me. In the end it’s really all about the intention you plan on using your gifts for😘😘
Fun fact: My Father, who’s a JW, has his own psychic gifts (though doesn’t acknowledge it like that) as well the rest his side of his family so for those out there who doesn’t think it can be hereditary, think again🤣🤣
I grew up in extreme abusive household. I was nine when I brought home books on witchcraft, white magic and black magic. I wanted to change my circumstances. My books were found under my bed and I never heard the end of it. I was shamed and ridiculed. I came back to it several times and now I’m in,no going back. I am following my calling and I don’t give a rip about judgements anymore. I always felt different from everyone else. I knew things I shouldn’t know. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get along well with others., it’s because I knew people’s intentions and mindset and heart and many times I called people out on their shit. It wasn’t until recently that I came to accept who I am.
It’s 7:57 am, and I haven’t gone to bed and I’ve just been freaking out with finding ppl like me. Mind completely blown omg.

I was just told a month ago that my great grandmother, grandmother, aunt and mom have had these gifts. Because they were forced not to be open and accept these gifts due to their religious upbringing, they closed their their third eye to all. I knew from the very start that Catholics and Christians are only about control. Yes! I am no longer lying to myself that if I continue to pray I will not think of being a Witch! I love watching you because I understand everything you're saying about your experiences growing up in the church. I also grew up in the Christian Church and had to break away and I revisit from time to time, but these gifts that you have are not looked down upon by some sections of Christianity but they're just called something else like (instead of being called the third eye, they call it prophetic visions = the same thing) and found that they are considered beautiful treasures. Depending on the church you go to, it is imperative that you use your gifts but they must be purified and finely tuned through prayer and fasting. These are treasures of God and never to be ashamed of but embraced.

Great video! I am a "baby witch" as some may say since I'm just now accepting what I believe for what it is and it's awesome! I too have many female family members who've seen spirits especially in their youth (I've been only able to feel them rather than see them) but like yours, they are Christian and I feel as though they would make powerful witches (their influence already is powerful) but their indoctrinated beliefs sorta stifle them from becoming who they truly are. It's really great to see others who follow the path of magic/witchcraft/shamanism without a care of who accepts it or not. I'm that same way too lol. So definitely keep doing what you're doing and inspiring others to explore that part of themselves!

It’s incredible how inspired I am by you right now. I’ve been saying for years now that I want to be more than what I am and do more than what I’m doing. To years later just starting I feel to come toward this teeny tiny fickle of a hope there is a light at the end of the tunnel, I won’t have to figure out how the hell to light it up myself lol and possibly come to a position of not being in this stuck, held back, treading water, hitting this brick wall for the thousandth time, not confident, always lowering my head and just following and not being sure how the hell to get out of this unauthentic life I have been living because I know, that I know, that I know I AM supposed to be more! So many significant things you mention here like your cat slash life partner situation, my new puppy Charles is exactly that and the profound way that I came to meet him long story but my other pup Lucy was 10 and passed away in July. This girl was definitely one of my guides! But as she’s traumatically dying, all I kept hearing was “now honey! Now you will see your truth! Now you will know your truth!”. So when fate and the stars aligned about 2 weeks later I walk over to see Charles and this dude locked eyes with me and goosies ran all down my right side of my body and I was like “Um! It’s a wrap! This lil man is comin home wit me!” Haha

My grandmother and my mother are witches. They have passed on to the spirit realm....when they were alive they never told me they let me find my own way to becoming a witch. My mother let me go to church southern Baptist. I'm from Charleston SC.

I thought a witch is a female seeing it means Wise Woman of the craft and a man was called a Magi, Wise Man of the craft. I also left Christianity too and was raised in the Bible Belt South. Then I also learned that there are Christian witches which even though it help me some just wasn't for me. I'm new to this but I love the transition. It also awaken me to the fact that the Bible has a tons of witchcraft in it. It's distorted but of man's attempt to separate Spirit from the craft. This video kept popping up for over a month on my feed. As I kept watching different videos on the same subject trying to figure out my own calling I finally clicked to watch. Almost five minutes in I began to cry this hit me straight in my soul I’ve been running from this path all of my life I’m 35, now and just coming into myself and power, was to afraid to develop myself due to thinking what I am is wrong. I was raised in a Catholic family; I believe that I could possibly by a witch, my psychic says I'm a crystal child, but I have not dedicated as much time as I would like to prayer and meditation. I also have had premonitions come into fruition, seen spirits (as a child), past lifes/visions. I am currently in college for Psychology as well!! I love nature, anything from the ocean to the forest. This video has made me realize that the stigma is the only thing keeping me from the "witch" label. thanks so much for sharing!

I’ve been struggling with the idea of being a “ witch “ for a while now but I didn’t know who I could talk to for advice without being shunned or looked at like I’m crazy. I’m from the south ... born and raised. My parents are baptist and that’s how I was raised. In the south ppl call it Roots or Root work. I grew up around it. Some of my family members have been known to do magic or as my mama would say “ Roots “ . I’ve always been told not to mess with it .... Period. It’s bad . It’s devil work and if you mess with it .... bad things will come back to you. My mom and grandma very superstitious women. We couldn’t eat over other ppl house bc my mom said ppl could put a root on us. My grandma would sprinkle salt at the door. We couldn’t comb our hair outside . The list goes on. As I got older I became curious about magic or root work bc it was around me, particularly my dads side of the family. And I always knew I had a gift since I was a child. However, I also became confused because how can you say this is a sin and don’t do it and we are baptist , when my grandma is sprinkling salt at the door . My mom wore black opal rings and she used to buy me amethyst crystals. My aunt would frequent a local Root Doctor when she needed help and it always worked. Or at least she said it did. My grandma would use natural herbs when we were sick from her own garden. So my confusion comes from hypocrisy. Isn’t magic mentioned in the Bible? And if it’s bad then no form of superstition or holistic work should be used of any kind .... correct? 🤔 the way I see it ... there’s sin even in the church. My grandma was a Eastern Star and my dad is a Mason 🤔. Well I’ve also heard that is bad and demonic with lots of secrets to that organization so I’m confused of how ppl can down one thing evil but be ok with something else that isn’t Godly but it’s ok bc it’s a trend and everyone is doing it or is ok with it 😒. I don’t see anything wrong with the fact that I like doing my candle work and using my crystals and herbs. I don’t do anything to hurt anyone. And would never do any magic for someone with out them asking me to do so first. Yes I believe in God. I also believe that God put many resources and tools here on earth to help us get by while we r on this earth. And also how is it bad when this is our history. Rather we want to believe it or not it is. Is it any worse than western medicine? With all the side effects and addiction? Absolutely not! It’s better and safer . At first I would feel bad when I started my craft. Like am I committing a sin? And thinking about all the things I was told growing up . When it’s all said and done I love what I do! I love to heal ppl and help ppl. Ppl don’t understand that Witches are some of the most peaceful individuals on earth. Most of us just wants peace and harmony. And others can pick up on our beautiful energy bc it radiates off of us! Why bc we manifested it! If the average human being took the time to manifest positive things in their lives and other ppl lives this world would be a peaceful place. Sorry for the long message. It doesn’t matter how you serve others and praise God & support Love, if it is done out of purity & Love, & not hate.
