We tech m45a1 gel blaster waste of money ish?

Purchased a brand-new a week ago, full $340Ish and it’s got many issues
Purchase from tactical edge hobbies 
Going to return it
See if I can get an M203 or a new WORKING 1911 for it
Did some further testing for other than those issues it was great accurate and cycles well
