I Made Dustin Cry..| Dealing with Loss and Celebrating Life

- Dustin lost his sweet Great Dane, Jaeda, in September. She was a big part of his life for ten years, and for most of her life, it was just the two of them. The loss was very hard for Dustin and I hated that I couldn't be there with him while he was experiencing this.
I wanted to get him gifts that he would cherish forever to remember Jaeda. The downside of the long-distance life is that it took a while for me to see him in person to give him the gifts. I had to hold the secret for weeks so that I could finally surprise him in person! In the video, you see that Dustin was very touched by the gifts and I think I successfully pulled off the surprise!

You two have me fighting back tears; because I lost my two dogs in 2019 and am still crying each time l think about them.

Aww. Sorry for your loss Dustin. We use to have a Dane. His name was Prince. Great Danes are beautiful dogs with beautiful spirits. They're basically big puppies. He also passed away during his tenth year with us.

Losing a pet is so hard as they become our family so this was a really lovely act of love for your man Keanna. All three presents were beautiful but as a photographer the album was the one that struck a chord. This was the perfect example of what I try to tell clients about capturing moments of your life and getting them printed as a reminder of a moment of time preserved forever. We don't realise how important something/someone is until they become a memory. Take care and wishing you both a very happy Christmas!!
