5 days until my trip! :0
1 day at Disney, 1 day at volcano bay, 3 at universal
YESSSSS!!!
13 days for mine:) never been there! Staying 4 nights at all star movies:)
If you like roller coasters, a day at seaworld is worth it
Just got home from a 4 night stay. No regrets! Pure magic! I’m not rich. Work DoorDash. People just wanna complain. If you want something save your money and you can have it. Not that hard. If you’re here to complain about prices how did you even find DFB on your algorithm?
Yes!!! We take family of 7. Didn't spend more than 8k last year for 6 day trip!!
Tru, tru, but I remember when tix to DL used to be like $20 in the early 90s. The prices really have spiked crazy high and go up every year (sometimes twice a year)!
Ignorant
Dfb guide is still the goat

Thanks AJ! We found your channel and binge watched as much as we could in 2018 before one of our trips to WDW. We still continually watch you because it’s also entertaining 🤗 you all do such a great job and i can truly see all your hard work and energy in all of these 🫶🏻💜
Disney is never cheap lol
That's why they say "cheapest"
She's talking about the best days to go to such late August, etc
I agree Disney is so expensive
@@HaleyFlood-fo1lllet me guess you think universal is cheaper? The hours are shorter in the park they have less rides and the food costs more. So go ahead tell us how Disney is “so expensive”.
@@StromboliTastesGood😅😅😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The most affordable time to go to Disney that I would recommend is August...... of 1980. 😂
🤣
We go end of August, its the only time everyone in our family is available. But it is NOT for the faint if heart. Its brutally hot, even hotter than july.
Those summer months are INTENSE!
We save money by not buying Disney overpriced merchandise. I have exactly zero Loungefly anything, Minnie ears or popcorn buckets and yet I don’t feel deprived and enjoy my trips that are not paid for with credit cards.
I agree, but I “hack” the system and get my Loungefly on Amazon for $40 on sales, and get Disney toys at Walmart before our trip 😅
@SindiScent Just got my daughter a $30 Rescue Rangers loungefly on shop Disney. Bought it with our disney rewards dollars. Didn't cost me anything.
@@pisswhistle5306 that’s really sweet! Deals are there if you search for them!
August is brutally hot. It still gets crowded.
154 days until my tripppp so excited
SAME! SEPTEMBER 23 🎉🎉🎉
WOOHOOOOO!
@@DFBGuide 2 hour wait times lol
@@PhilipBergeron Gotta learn the genie plus lol
Disney value resorts aren't to bad all year round imo but flights from the UK during the school holidays double the cost compared to term time.
Im going in the summer for my grandparents anniversary!
Aww how fun!!
Sweet!! Happy Anniversary to them!! 🤍
Thanks for the tips! Like some other comments said key is just to save! My wife and I are not rich at all. I’m a meat manager who works on cars basically for fun lol, but we are planning our 10th anniversary which will be August 21st 2025! Luckily it falls in that price drop time! So we already booked our cabin at fort wilderness for 5 days. The cabins are a special sentimental spot for us, (hoping these new cabins are just as nice!) Just gunna pay towards it every week. After a year or so it’ll be paid with some room for extra savings! Save, and prepare and you can do it!
Not gonna lie, I know Disney isn't cheap, but this type of almost hourly price gouging and fluctuation should be illegal.
It's probably best to not stay at a disney hotel
the prices for Disney hotels are what you will actually pay - plus only hotel tax - good neighbor hotels tack on "resort" fees, parking fees - and there's the $30/day to park at the park - taking that into consideration the price for Disney especially with a discount doesn't seem that outlandish
Your channel was my “Go-to-Guide” while planning our family Disney Vacation! Your tips, tricks, and hacks not only saved us money, but helped us get the most out of our time in the parks! Planning a family Disney Vacation isn’t for the faint of heart, but you made it so much more manageable and I thank you for it! 😊❤️
May 1st-8th! See ya soon!
Whatever month that gives you the most discounts. I am unlucky all the deals on hotels, dining plan and otherwise don’t apply as they don’t run when I go this year sadly
Ultimate disney experience : Halloween party on one of your days, next day starting the christmas season. Perfect! (besides the crowds)
Boyfriend hates the heat - so last 3 trips were in January (2002), December (2019) and November (2023). Discount on last 2 for hotel rooms.
I love a winter trip!
This is honestly my favorite time to go. Those first two weeks of December, a few days after the thanksgiving crowd dips, is such a nice time. It’s slow, cooler, and still beautiful. Plus, you get all the holiday decorations! Can’t beat it. 🤷🏻♀️
WDW regular going to Disneyland for the 1st time this fall. Thanks for everything you do, AJ!
Right now they are running a 4 day pass for FL residents for $260. And hotels are as little as $50 with decent ones right outside animal kingdom for $75 with hot breakfast included. Going right after the Summit cheerleading comp in 2 weeks.
Buy your tickets before price increase in October. And use a Target red card to buy Disney gift cards at 5% discount to pay for hotel and park tickets. The money saved can be used for food in the park.
We’re booked a few days after Labor Day Weekend and though I’m nervous about the heat (we always go in December) I’m happy with the price and hopeful about the crowds! So excited!!😊
What is the weather in December? We will be going in January and not sure how to pack
I went in 2022 January 2do half, 5 day 4 night stay at Pop Century Resort, 3 day park hopper tickets for 2. (Went with my niece for her birthday) spent 1360$ just for hotel and tickets, i think I got a good deal. Of course with genieplus, lighting lane and food this goes up. Did not rent a car, used the disney buses. I planned this vacation a year in advance.
Edit! 2 day park hopper tickets.
That’s pretty good!
Great info, thank you❤
Thanks AJ!
I wish that EVERY Disney trip was cheap no matter if you go to Walt Disney World, Walt Disneyland or go on a cruise
Sometimes the planning of a vacation is just as fun as the vacation itself.
TOTALLY agree. Even before I started working at DFB, I would just make Disney vacation itineraries for fun!
At universal, their budget hotels in September are 115 per night, and they are much newer
Do Disneyland please!
im coming from the uk 1st week of July. 5 people. staying at walt disney music hotel for 2 weeks of tickets for 10k english
Sounds like a good compromise, thank you.
I know I don’t understand, and I’m sure many others don’t either, what the UA-cam advertisement requirements are and how they affect what you can do.
But anyway I’m happy I can watch your content (For your Amusement and the weekly couch chats are my favorite )
I'm going at the end of August and I'm so excited!
Me too! ❤
Phenomenal job on video 😊
Aww - thank you! And thanks for being here!
Will be there in 50 days! June can’t come fast enough! I’m just as excited as the kids. Work hard play hard!
The early 1970s.
But time travel is dangerous and be careful what dates are on the currency you carry with you...
1972?
Love Disney and everything but it’s so much money for food souvenirs rooms at the hotels like it’s a lot and it’s also lots of walking ❤
❤🎉I love it ❤🎉
Mid September is a great time to go! The heat isn’t bad, I say this as I’m from Texas 😂
Plus Mickey’s not so scary party is usually the cheapest and HHN is going on at Universal!
I go to disneyworld every year on thr cheap. From Socal. If anyone needs some suggestions let me know.
I literally just asked for this video yesterday or the day before😂 we are on the same page🫶
Is there any time in October that is cheap?
I'm going to Hollywood Studios next month for my birthday! I'm hoping Mando and Grogu will still be appearing in Galaxy's Edge because I haven't seen them yet! 😁🎉🥳
Possible vid suggestion - next time I go to Disney it will be as a parent of my own two girls. I’ve been as an adult and a child but as a parent I’m honestly confused lol. Is there a video where it’s like first time parents takes on Disney world tips and tricks? Thanks
Prepare to be glued to your phone to figure out what attractions have the shortest wait times and heaven help you if you have to work with the Genie nightmare
@@sjrpnot a problem if you know how to use a phone like any person below the age of 55
If hurricane season in Florida wasn’t in September I would definitely go then. It’s WAY too much money to take that risk.
We are going Sept 24th-Oct 3 and taking both our kids out of school for it 😂
5 weeks!!!
For a Spring 2025 visit, which is better as far as crowds and weather: first week of March or first week of May?
When fo they start selling tickets for MNSSHP ?
We’re expecting to hear news about it SOON! Stay tuned!
I will go in mid may and I’ll be a little over 5 months pregnant. We’re going Magic and Epcot with a 4 year old and I just can’t wait. I’m already trying to walk everyday to prepare for the walk in Disney. Hoping the weather is generous and the lines aren’t that long. But I’ll probably be getting the genie pass for magic. Thank you for your videos. I’ve been preparing myself watching all your vids.
Can you do a video best time to go to Disney with no crowds
Mid September or January-February
Thanks 😊
Does disney do anything on halloween day sifferent vs others day? We're planning on going sometime in october
There are plenty of themed activities in Disney World for Halloween! The holiday offerings typically happen late August-October, so you could plan a Halloween-themed trip in October without it actually being on the holiday if you wanted to avoid crowds while still experiencing the spooky treats & decor. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is always a great option to get immersed in the festivities, but the pricing can be more expensive if the party is on the actual date of Halloween (2024 dates haven't been announced yet for this event though!) But this party typically has the more exclusive experiences like special characters, snacks, and Mickey's Boo-To-You Parade. There are a bunch of small traditions on the actual day throughout WDW like the Annual Fort Wilderness Halloween Golf Cart Parade, but for the most part, the Halloween fun isn't super concentrated on October 31st. You can experience a lot of Halloween before Halloween!
i know its not disney. but any tips or cheats for sea world from any1?
SeaWorld is awesome it's not as crazy and you can just enjoy see if you can get annual pass just look online they always deals
Cheapest trip to DisneyWorld is to never go in the parks. Just re-ride the monorail and have FOMO
😆
6 days to go
No matter the cost, best time to go is during Food and Wine. I loved going after Memorial Day, but the wife swears she'll never go again........ IN SUMMER ☃
I am a grumpy old man when it comes to the special tickets for Halloween and Christmas. The prices jumped a lot after COVID and aren’t coming back down. I remember paying $50 or less for these events per person. My only issue with what was stated, nothing is free. It’s part of your admission ticket. You don’t have to collect candy or cookies or hot coco but it’s part of your ticket. One man rant is over, please continue your comment cruising.
Our last trip was Christmas of 2017, then the after hours party tickets were$125 each.
Hurricane season. I don’t even have to watch. 😂
DH: Why don’t they post a graph that shows prices across the year?
Me: They’re not here for the data. They’re here for the snacks.
DH: Then make it a pie chart!
No thanks, it’s too much work to go to Disney. You have to be a technology expert to do Disney and I’m not interested in doing that!
Honestly you don't go oof season or do an after hour ticket you won't have to use your phone
Good! Less people when we go 🥰
Or know how to use a phone like a normal person
@@loracaro4427- You need your phone to mobile order food, check wait times, use genie+, and virtual ques so yea, you almost have to be a tech expert to go .
IKR, I go on vacation to relax and have fun,. I can't do that if I'm staring at my phone all day.
