Buy Nothing Groups are hyper local gifting communities that follow certain rules around giving from one's own abundance. I put a request out for stamps and received these items as a gift from a generous neighbor.
BNG can be found in many countries, and if there is not one in your area, you might consider creating one! I feel better about my ethical consumption when I choose new-to-me supplies from groups like this, versus purchasing items brand new.
