that is quite extensive mods and experiment u did..thank u for some ideas..i got mine and planning to do d same..mods my amps,turntable, dvd player and speakers too so seeing a fellow diyer is in action is entertaining and educational as well..BTW i lived in SG for several years.

Hi! I was wondering if you could make a tutorial for modding clip-on designed Koss KSC75? I figure it would be slightly different (and easier?) mod than the MH755.

Great video, im curious to know how they sound with a shell swap, ive tried a metallic shell that increases treble a bit much. I want to see what a wooden shell does to the sound.
Shell material should only change resonance response and timbre, the good thing is that these are really inexpensive to explore in DIY

What are the silicon o rings you put on the mmcx connector for? Is it to indicate L and R or it ensure secure fit for the cable?
Ps: Bgm abit loud and distracting esp when you talk slightly softer on the last graph.

Inspiering, so I decided to solder a cable for my iem's. Never done so, this will be fun.
I orderd a copper silver plated pre twisted wire, cable split, 3.5 trs and 2 pin connectors.
My question is what kind of solder do I need? Can I take normal tin solder or do I need lead free solder or real silver solder?
The solder depends on the usage, I would recommend getting a solder that flows well rather than investing in silver stuff at first to really practise. They do help with the works flow

How could take out the driver? Should i use heat to get rid off the driver from the shell? Wanna use.different shell using the mh755 driver...
Use low heat and soften the glue around the driver. Use a needle or penknife to cut around the driver edges and the shell

Cable swapping basically for measured FR only has and impact due to impedance. The rest of the impact are on the harmonics.
Would you like to make tutorial for making fr graph like this video? What device to record the frequency.. and what software. I need it to test my own audio setup.

Yes sure, but the Porta pros will come first as I own the Porta pros but not the ksc75
