i’m actually addicted to this series. as other people may have already said, liberians trade bookshelves and that would make it easy to max the enchant table, and you can finally get some fortune III. no more inefficient diamond mining
Thanks for the new video Juice. Gonna let you know that librarians can trade bookshelves as one of their first trades, so if you want to get a full enchanting table setup it would be trivially easy. See you in the next vid!
I must say the higher roof makes a big difference, the lower roof makes everything feel more cramped. Maybe 7 blocks is too much work for bigger rooms, 5 or 6 could be the sweet spot. It looks like it gives you more room to decorate and personalized the rooms ! Maybe you can try to experiment in the big central room, compartmentalize into smaller area and elevate the roof to different block height and see how you feel about it
Wouldn't it be way faster to combine some of those pickaxes to at least efficiency IV ? You definitly got the lvls for that, and maybe even roll one librarian just to get mending so when it's almost broken you just go and trade strings and the pickaxe is back to full durability. I feel like it would make the process of mining these huge rooms way less tedious for you, at least until you can get tons of librarian and get max gear. Anyway great series keep it coming !
A good way to save on needing a ton of leather for an enchanting set-up is to get one Librarian who sells bookshelves on their first trade. That's a full enchanting set-up, plus you can break the bookshelves to get more books, and to make more lecterns for more librarians! Between a Bookshelf Librarian and a Cleric who sells Lapis, you have a full, infinite enchanting set-up. Also, it's good to keep a Grindstone near your enchanting set-up to grind off enchants you don't want. As long as you've got the spare Lapis and the spare EXP, you can keep enchanting a tool until it has most or all the enchants you want. I usually make perfect tools by buying a few from the toolsmith, grinding them, then enchanting and combining two of them, then adding Mending.
@Trooper43G hell yeah! gotta start up a fresh world... maybe find some Villager Breeding & Trade Halls for Dummies guide, refer to our lord and savior chunkbase...
@@HungerGamesFan00 My pleasure! I'm always a fan of people enjoying some Minecraft. I'm a big villager player myself, so I know a lot of what they can do. Playing will with them lets you skip a lot of collection tedium and gives you an unlimited supply of diamond tools, weapons, and armor. I hope your next run goes wonderfully!
the split in the ceiling at the farm looks so cool i would keep it or even do something like put coloured glass and make it look like a rupture in the fabric of time or smth :)))
I enjoyed the timelapse stuff! also while I appreciate the constant uploads don't be afraid to take a break and take care of yourself every once in a while! breaks also help a lot and are refreshing when returning to the grind
Awesome video! Regarding the bookshelfs for enchanting set up: You can buy bookshelfs from librarian villagers. I almost always do it this way, there's only three books for one bookshelf and you make a lecturn. Buy bookshelfs from the villager and You can make more lecturns and 15 bookshelf for 30 level enchanting in no time. I think it wouldn't take You long ^^.
I just wanted to thank you for all of the work you are putting in on this series. I've really been enjoying it and can't wait each day to see the new one. I recently started streaming me learning to build, which is a challenge, since I typically do a lot of big red stone builds. Watching your building has helped me quite a bit. Btw, my vote on nether and the end, is that for resources you can't get from underground, you can gather from the other dimensions. So, no xp farm or equipment from the end, but dragon's breath, sure thing. Thank you for sharing your progress. I'm having a great time.
remember that you can plant, grow and harvest sugar cane underground. you can plant it on top of dirt blocks as long as you have a water source next to it
Making really good progress now, very nice. I would recommend putting spruce trapdoors on the side of the soul sand, It's a pretty good decorating block and kinda makes it look like a long trough, maybe give it a go.
You should try making the mine look like a big ancient dwarven cave. Since dwarfs generally build city's or towns underground in most games and movies it would look pretty cool since your living that kind of lifestyle.
I had an idea that I built on my prototyping world, where you place a repeater series in a square on longest ticks between (I went with 4 reps on each side), and connect the circulating signal to a dispenser. In that dispenser, you place bread to feed the villager farm. You could take it a step further, collect wheat from a water harvested farm into a chest, which goes into a crafter, to a hopper minecart, to then drop off the bread. All this to automate a villager farm.
It’s just nice seeing a UA-camr that doesn’t do litematica copy paste mega builds only to quit halfway through because “muh burnt out” or some janky mini game that requires constant rigging to ensure a specific server mate wins. Way to go melon man.
You can get librarian villagers to sell you bookshelves. You can then mine those with fortune III and get more books to sell for emeralds, but you already have unlimited emeralds so probably not worth it. This will be much easier than grinding out the books through sugarcane farming and hoglin murder.
You are definitely one of my new favorite creators :) I’ve been around since the very first melon video, and now I’m proud to be an OG as you continue to grow! Thanks for the content Juice, keep it up ❤
something that i can’t entirely tell if you’ve done in the video due to the cuts, but you can put shovels and picaxes with the same enchant together in an anvil to increase the efficiency, so two eff. 2 will become 3, and so on. This will increase your productivity my miles!
hi juice, great video as always... i'm loving this series and everyday waiting for it! just a tip: why don't you wait to mine diamond for when you'll have a fortune pick? Just to maximize the amount of diamond you can get
Thinking way ahead for the series, but I think you should make an elytra course going through different parts of your base. Make it almost like a roller coaster with lots of turns and going around lava features or something? Although clearing the path will probably be really expensive, either in time or tnt
You dont need to tape you mouse. Press F3 and T whilst holding down your mouse button, you will continuously mine until you stop it which you can do with left of right mouse click.
instead of doing th taping down your mouse button trick you can also hold left klick and press F3 and T and let go of the button and your character keeps mining automatically ! thanks for the entertainment as always :3
He won't even need iron for them! One of the level 2 trades for Librarians is Lanterns, so when he gets Librarians going, he'll be able to buy more than he could ever use.
Probably a gazillion of other viewers has already said this, but why don't you combine some of the broken pickaxe to get some better efficency? That said, great serie, thank you!
that either removes the enchantment on combination or costs unnecessary levels to do through an anvil. emeralds are literally the most abundant resource he has behind deepslate, so he can afford to buy new ones. also, he's stated that he's saving all the tools until he gets mending from a villager so he can repair all those tools to full in one go with an xp farm instead of having to continuously buy new ones forever.
Melons are better because they can be golden melon slices, but with pumpkins, you can make pies, so I think melons over pumpkins. However, pumpkins are a good runner-up.
I love you and your videos a ton, but some of your gameplay decisions are confusing to me. Like will you really put mending and full enchantments on ALL of those almost broken picks you have? Why? Also, I'm a bit confused why you chose the netherwart farm to be the biggest room yet lol. It was kinda painful hearing how long it took for a room that you won't really spend that much time in. It might be nice to get an anvil and combine the pickaxes you get from the villagers to help you get rid of levels and make mining quicker. Just to be clear, none of these things make me not want to watch or unhappy with the content or anything, they just make me wonder.

Fortune is actually not necessary for that anymore; by 1.19 or 1.20, they made it so bookshelves always drop 3 books!

You know one good thing about your videos is they are realistic for the average player
20:00 if you press F3 and T at the same time while mining your character will continue to mine until you click again so you don’t need the tape

Really got to use the moss method on the deepsalte, might speed up clearing floors
Are you still working on the next hardcore video for your main series? I have been checking in everyday xD
If you combine your two efficiency pickaxes together it would help you mine a lot faster 4 will make efficiency 4 8 will make 5
I think before he combines 8 picks, the anvil would say it's too expensive. He could probably get efficiency 4 though, it'd just cost a lot of levels.
Idk if you are the same opinion but your villager trading hall is a bit dark, a bit of wood would make it pop and not so depressing
My dude, just make a lectern from one book, make a single librarian with a bookshelf trade, there, you get infinite books/bookshelves
You dont need to tape you mouse. Press F3 and T whilst holding down your mouse button, you will continuously mine until you stop it which you can do with left of right mouse click.
so happy for new vid! thak you
Instead of tape, I’d really recommend a macro for long mining sessions to save your hands and wrists!
Been WAITIN for this!!!
Protip for progressing:Immediately throw every pumpkin you have into lava.
you are soo good at this
Loved the montage!
Without the tape on your mouse you can press f3+ t while holding the down the left and let go when you see the Mojang screen
Juice you can also make an auto sugar cane farm with the bonemeal you can now make with the nether wart!
You can’t bonemeal sugarcane on Java.

you can put a hopper minecart under the soul sand to collect the broken warts
