Ravenice March Avenue is a themed canal street created by Venetian motifs on a total of 33,000 m² waterfront commercial areas in total of 26 parcels around the golden waterway, which is an artificial waterway in the Han River New City of Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province. It is a commercial facility.

미국 생활 25년이 되었는데 내 조국의 신도시들은 이렇게 아름다운 곳이었군요. 제가 있었을 때 김포는 공항을 제외하면 정말 논밭이 펼쳐져있던 곳이었는데... 너무 너무 아름답고 살고 싶고 자랑스럽습니다. 이렇게 깔끔하고 아름다운 도시에 사니 국민들의 품격이 그리 높은 것이었군요!! 제가 해드릴 수 있는 것은 구독, 좋아요 밖에 없다는게 아쉬울 정도입니다.
@sunggood sam 미국의 경우는 오래 산다고 영주권, 시민권 아무것도 나오지 않습니다. 불체자는 50년을 살아도 불체자입니다.
응 지금 망함 ㅋ
와..우리나라에 이렇게 이쁘게 만들어 놓은 개발지들이 많은지 몰랐네요..아파트만 들어서면 다 개발되네요..이쁘게..주민들 아파트값에 개발비가 다 들어가 있는거지만 우리나라가 이만큼 부유해졌다는 얘기도 되니까 좋네요..

한강신도시 장기동, 라베니체와 어울어진 한강중앙공원도 멋집니다.
우리나라 신도시 환경을 보면.. 정말 우니라라 사람들은 심시티 정말 잘 하네요.
강변에 심어둔 나무가 좀더 자라고 베니치아 처럼 작은 곤돌라가 오가면 정말 멋진 모습이겠네요
곤돌라는아니고 조명켜진 보트가 운영을하긴해요. 코로나때문에 임시휴업이랍니다~
풍경 너무 예쁩니다 빨리 어른되면 혼자 가보고 싶네요

What a serene evening and the environment reflects such serenity beautifully. I find both dawn and dusk the most poignant moments of my day, their is a natural innocence that surrounds both points in time where I feel at total peace with myself, and in those moments, when the world is either waking up from slumber or readying it’s head for sleep, a gentle happiness is to be had, nothing flashy, just this quiet aura that acts as both a soothing balm and promise; that everything will be okay, even amid the storm clouds. Thank you.

Seriously, you should get a special award for your video's! I can't thank you enough for sharing with us the beautiful and amazing sights of your wonderful country. I have truly fallen in love with South Korea and her lovely people and my dream one day is not only to visit, but live there one day. Your video's have made me so happy ☺ and each one is like a precious jewel to me.....please don't ever stop showing us South Korea!
If you visit the country you will get more interested in South Korea. Most countries claim that their cities are safe and good. But, from my own experience South Korea is one of the safest country in the world for sure.

라베니체 너무 예쁜곳이예요~ 세심하게 잘 담아주셨네요. 외지인들도 와보고 예뻐서 놀라는 라베니체. 문보트 코로나때문에 중단되었지만 운행할때 정말 분위기 최고였어요. 빨리 안정되어 배들 다니면 진짜 명소될거예요.

I really love watching your videos.. I feel so relaxed watching them that I lose track of time... hoping someday I can visit the beautiful korea. 화이팅!
This is a really nice family area. It's giving me echo's of the Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX, but that area isn't as nice as this, plus most of the businesses are restaurants and bars, not overly kid friendly in the evening. I love the lights along the waterway....and the "electric" trees at 31:02! My kind of eye candy in this area.
However I don't think this is a place I would spend much time at, it's lovely, but being around a concentration of children and animals, tends to upset the harmony within my single person brain. It's ok in moderation, but this is a lot! Maybe I'd sneak back after everyone left to pursue bedtime? Cause this is a nice location. The flowers along the main bridges are beautiful!

우리나라 교통문화도 많이 좋아졌죠. 신호걸리면 횡단보도 침범도 덜하고, 보행자 우선으로 조금씩 나아지는 반면 아직도 못 고치는 저 인도나 횡단 보도 운행하는 이륜차들 단속 강화해야합니다. 벌금 수십만원으로 올려서라도.
