It does sound good. But the drone in the cabin above 2000 rpms is horrible.... and I have 3.55 gears. So every freeway ride is noisy. I just switched back to oem catback with Pypes Pro Touring Axlebacks. No more drone. And just as loud. I’ll get some drive-by videos to post soon.
Race Gas Smells Good unfortunately, I did the ported intake manifolds first. And when i did them naturally aspirated, I added the longtube headers, highflow cats, 3” catback and a new tune, all at the same.
Race Gas Smells Good...oh it did!! Then Procharger still takes some getting used to though. I am more used to turbos. It seems crazy waiting for 7100 rpms for max boost. But the larger head unit and extra intake and exhaust flow makes it more efficient. It still feels pretty strong at 1-2psi. 👌🏼 The 3.70 pulley gets me into boost sooner vs the stock 4.10.
Boosted3.7 nice, man! My last motor combo in my Fox had a centrifugal blower, and you’re right, more of a linear powerband where the higher you rev it the harder it pulls! I almost wastegated it (“torque booster”) but I sold the engine and blower combo and am going Coyote (videos coming soon!). Love supercharged cyclones! What are your plans for it now? Ever had it on a dyno?

If anything, I’d probably leave the tune and boost as is and just get a Snow Performance stage 2 kit, to keep things cool at WOT... especially in the AZ summers. When IAT’s are 130+, she likes to pull 2 degrees.
I agree V6’s definitely aren’t very impressive sounding. Displacement is your answer. V6 Camaro’s sound crappy too. I do love the sound of the SS’s; especially the ZL1.

No. Not at all, because the added air that the car gets from the Procharger even though it’s not in boost. So more power is still there.
