We use hands to prepare kimchi, digging elbow deep sometimes in huge buckets and eat straight from the container too. There are a lot of Nigerians that actually live and work in Asia, so, you can always find at least one. Might have to take a long train ride, but they're there

As a Filipina (Asian) I grew up using my hand to eat. Well when we are outside or with other people we are also taught to use spoon & fork but it's tastier by using hand 😬 Especially during outings and boodle fight 🥰 Steamed & Grilled fishes with stuffings dipped soy sauce with calamansi and served with hot steaming rice or even left over rice vetter with fried rice. Don't forget the mixed salted egg and tomato on the side🤤 But haven't tried fufu maybe soon and this vid is a good head's up ♥️
I’m from South Asia (Nepal), we do have similar recipe as fufu called dhedo. Instead of Yams, we make it with flour, basically, millet , wheat or buckwheat flour and eat it with buttermilk soup, green-leafy vegetables or meat curries. One of my favourite dish to eat.
