Had a buddy back in 2005-2006 named brandonlee he was the one who introduced me to the internet and RuneScape helped me make my yahoo account to sign up for RuneScape, I didn’t have my own computer so I’d come over to his house every chance I had to hop on and play. I was hooked to the game early on I tried to play RuneScape anywhere possible if it was at school the library or at my apartment complexes computer room. I remember as a teen sparcmac was my favorite UA-camr (still is tbh) I used to try and pop up on you and say what’s up while you were training I remember one time sparc was killing green drags and got jumped by a multi clan and I didn’t bring anything with me to help out shit was funny. Yours truly, rsn DatIndigoKid
and omg. 2 pairs of dragon claws?!? rsn largest peen. I think I started playing in 2002. doing demon slayer. felt hard af without a guide. and I remember it taking me like 4 days AS A 6 YEAR OLD.
I started in ~2003 and I distinctly remember using a pillow to smother the dial-up modem like I was putting a loved one out of their misery so that my parents wouldn't hear me sneaking onto the computer at night
I REALLY think they screwed up re-adding the GE back to OSRS. It wasn't there when it first launched. People talk about pre and post EOC as something that permanently changes RS, but I think the even bigger one that people don't mention as much is pre and post GE. It COMPLETELY changed the game. It brought convenience, but was also incredibly damaging and altering to the game. It was NEVER the same game ever since. It killed the social interaction aspect, the capitalistic player economy, actual playstyle of being a merchant, and made everyone lazier. The bot problem and RWT would immediately die if the GE was removed. Like Ironman, they need another mode with no GE. Possibly even locked to a specific world. Needs to be like 5 servers available and the option to create a character locked to those 5 servers without GE.
@@brennanIXeh people would just code bots to be setup for sales or buying items and convert a couple things doesn’t solve much but I really do agree pre GE the player base was much more connected and I felt like I recognized more people because they were always in the same places
@@brennanIXthis.. I was a merchant through and through. All day buying things for cheaper just to sell them at a higher price and at night I would go to the abyss and buy 200 death and chaos from each world and hop. Made me 500k+ an hour depending if anyone else was doing it back then... I was such a rich noob
@@brennanIX as much as I preferred it before the GE, people were using bots and websites to trade anyway. It was great when osrs started though and everyone was selling at banks again. You are right about the social interaction, I can play for weeks and never talk to another player now.
Started in 2006-07 in elementary school days, me and my friends would watch happy tree friends and navigate miniclip for games during computer classes ended up running into runescape. We were all hooked and still play together to this day.
Started in 2008, when I was 8 years old. My funniest memory is probably seeing one of my friends with a really cool wizard's hat on. I wanted to buy it, but he said I'd have to pay him 10k for it which was outrageous. So I asked where he had bought it, and he said "GE" which I knew stood for "Grand Exchange" Anyway, since I'm danish, I wasn't very good at english, so I went up to "GE" and looked at the map to figure out how to spell "Grand Exchange", searched up for the the item called "Grand Exchange" and I couldn't find the blue wizard's hat. I was devastated.
Started in 2005 - remember coming back from school, going to rs on AOL web browser and seeing the little client window loading which gave me so much dopamine, especially when the main screen music started playing. Remembering those days makes me so sad but happy at the same time.
started in 03 and scammed my irl friend of the f2p "purple gloves" that are literally less than 1k, wanted it with my full black g as a 7 year old. Mom got a phone call from the friend I scammed and was forced to give the gloves back. Something I'll never ever forget
Way back in the day my best friend's little brother stole his mother's credit card and bought around $400 worth of runescape gold. Needless to say, he got caught and was forced to get rid of it all. Some things never change, I guess
Started in 06 and used to launch it on miniclip. And after days of selling cowhides for money I gave my addy armor to someone so they could “trim” it and I never saw it again
started playing in...04/05 at my local library and we locked down an entire section of computers as kids to play runescape together. some of the best childhood memories.
Bro you just nailed my childhood. I hated when a new kid walked in and wanted to get on a computer because the librarian would walk in and be like ok you! Off you've been on over a hour. Sometimes would cry other times would laugh at my friends getting kicked out. Sparc pick this dude I've been with you since rev caves. Was alot of fun with those tribal mask's
There's this one rich town 20mins away from me. I used to go there, in the side computer room off the main computer room where all the adults were, every single computer there (about 10) was always used by someone playing RuneScape. We'd all sit around watching each other play until someone desided to switch and get off. On weekends, there were so many RS gamers, that we'd overflow into the main room with the adults. So, you could walk around until you found a kid sitting at the computer just to be snoopy and see what they're up to, if you're waiting for a comuter for yourself. It was fun :D I had my own to play at home, but it was SOOO much fun to basically be surrounded by RS gamers and game together.
I started about 4-5 years ago and would unintentionally splash cows in lumby. Nobody told me that melee armour makes your magic worse because they probably thought I was splashing on purpose.
I started around 2004 on my mom’s ancient block computer with a glass screen on it. I lost connection every 5-10 minutes. I remember exploring lummy castle in my full addy and rune 2h that took me a year to get… I wandered down to the dungeon below, no light source and before warnings were a thing, and I had to watch my character slowly die to bugs one bite at a time as a 10 year old. Very traumatic and I threw a massive weeping tantrum after that. Fortunately, a nice guy was down there and found me afterward and returned all of my gear.
I created my first account in December of 2004. In the only library in my small town, I saw two older (teenage) kids playing a game next to each other. I was too shy to go ask what they were playing, so I asked my mom to go spy over their shoulders and come back to tell me the name of the game. Somehow it still took me 5 months to figure out how to play the game on my home computer, but once I figured out how to enable Java on my browser, the rest was history! I quit in 2013, but I just loaded started in osrs on the same account I played back then. Already addicted again and can’t wait to get into the nitty gritty again!
Started playing in 2008 best most favorite memory was being at the wildy ditch for the first time and seeing a player run after getting ice barraged that running ice cube just hit different
I started playing in 2010ish. I used to watch all your duel arena vids religiously with my buddy who has since passed. Every time I watch your stuff it brings back fond memories with my friend. Rip Noah
Started playing in 2005, best memory is probably getting membership (which I had to send loonies and toonies in an envelope from Canada to the UK) It took over a month from sending it, to my membership getting activated. After that, I sent myself to the flax fields and made bowstring for weeks until I could go upstairs in Seers Bank with the big ticket item sellers to get my first whip.
I started playing in 2005 after watching my best friend play on his family computer and I’ve been hooked ever since. This game will always have a special place in my heart.
Started in 06 when my best friend introduced me to it. I didn’t have an alarm clock and so I’d set an alarm on my DS to wake up in the morning to get a bit of gaming in before school. Those were the days.
About 2 months ago I recently came back to runescape after stopping around 2011. I remember watching my brother play it when he was in middle school and I wanted to try out the game myself when I gotten older. Me being a kid back then had 0 idea what I was doing, but now over 13 years later, I feel the joy of relearning everything and finally buying myself membership with my own money. I've been having a blast since I've returned and still learning so many new things the game has to offer that I could never had known before!
Started playing in 2008, I used to get home from school, sit on the couch, go into clan wars in full rune as a tank and play until bed everyday, love osrs and haven't stopped playing since, have been a massive fan since the dclaws rush vids with lil willis. Thank you for the content and keep it up
I remember logging in to PK at edge everyday and I finally was able to afford claws.. you always kept an item on death. One day they updated it, I didn’t see, died in edge and lost my claws. They were 63M at the time. I cried.
I started playing in 2005, and my funniest memory was from back when I first started. A bunch of us kids in middle school all played during that time, and I was just in that "adventure" stage of playing the game back before you learn all the best training methods and stuff. I found out about traveling to Karamja and picking bananas for 30GP per box. I was so excited because of this new massive amount of cash flow and I kept doing it til I had 1k. I went to school the next day and told everyone I had /a thousand/ coins and people were shocked and wanted me to split my "riches" with them. I remember going on a shopping spree the next day. It's just the little things like that which make me appreciate my first time playing.
I started around 2005, using my mums laptop from work. I was able to convince my parnets to let me start the game up and let it load while I do all my chores. I would take about 25 mins for it to load for me. Best times doing moss giants in the Varrok sewers. Great childhood memories
I started around 2004-2005 and my first memories include dying to dark wizards (twice), collecting 1000 cowhides for a guy in exchange for a dragon dagger (was worth 10x that) and spending my summer vacation chopping yews for a dragon 2h sword... only to sell it to a friend who then got scammed for it. What else... I was afraid to go to Lumbridge Swamp because I was told it was members' only area and I'd get reported. And I died with my bank during Shilo Village about a week before the Farming update came out with new bank space. Good old times.
I started in 2005, one memory I’ll never forget was when I was walking around Al Khalid looking for the plate leg shop and not having enough money for addy legs, then some random guy traded me 10k and I was so happy I thought I was rich, shout out that guy to this day!!
Started in 2004 and remember kids at school talking about how awesome it was and he finally got a wizards hat to match his staff. Farming cowhides was a real method, every noob did it with me too, just enough to buy mithril scimmies and move on.
Started in 2005(ish), the obvious dial up internet and getting kicked off the web comes to mind. But the stand out memory is that i remember struggling my way to Varrock with some friends and i wandered off and found an Iron 2H. I was over the moon. I walked back to were all my friends were standing and everyone started bombarding the chat. It was such a simpler time, it was great.
I started playing in high school. Don't remember exactly when, some time in the pre-2010 era. I remember losing access to the game because my computer couldn't handle HTML5 yet.
Started back in 2007-08 - my cousin got me into it after starting himself from the link on miniclip. Memories of going around to all the shops to buy iron armor, and just exploring for sake of exploration. I can only hope newcomers to the game have as great of an experience as I had back then.
I started playing around 2009 - For the most part I was too young to understand the game, so I spent hours accumulating cooked beef from the cow pen. This was so that I could go explore and have “food for safety” during my travels. I learned my lesson during my first walk to varrock where I got absolutely dunked on by dark wizards. I also think I played for 2-3 years before I got a skill above level 50, simpler times…
I started back in 2007, one of my favorite memories thinking I was so cool at level 70, walking all the way to the KBD lair, getting one kill and leaving. I was on top of the world
I started around '06 and I remember walking to the library near my school so I could play for a few hours before my mom would come pick me up after she was done at work. Lost that account unfortunately, but grinding out a new one!
I started RS in 2005, I remember my friend having members and showing me the Gnome Stronghold and all the drinks he could make/buy there! He lent me some addy armour and I got lost trying to find a bank and went straight into the wilderness, got PK'd and lost it all! a very sad day!
I started playing 18 years ago now. I was at the library with my dad, and had seen a friend from my elementary class named David. He was playing runescape. I asked him the name of it and hopped on a computer next to him to start what I had no idea would be a life long adventure. As I made my way through tutorial island my friend had to leave. Shortly after I found myself stuck at the top of the mine where the ladder was. I didn't know I was supposed to use the ladder lol. About 20 minutes of wondering my time was up. I spent the rest of the week fantasizing about gilenor. That weekend I used the computer at my mom's to play and quickly learned of my mistake. From that point on I was hooked! Once I learned about law running I thought I had finally made it big lmao! I don't have time to play much now. Although at times my kids will now jump on my account and play around. They don't seem to interested in it. They said the graphics were kind of bad. I told them thats what made osrs so great! They will understand someday.
My core memory from when I started was 6th grade on the old Dell PC with Windows XP. I got lost north of the Lumby cow field and some kind stranger informed me of the Home Teleport Spell. Guess I was a spacebar warrior back then as well.
Started in 2003 and remember spending a whole week rizzing some guy for his mith full helm. I would get home from school, book it to the family computer, log in, and instantly start messaging this unfortunate soul with the best persuasion possible from a 7 year old boy. Good days…
2008! Relevant to the topic, I lost my and my brother's Dharok's set that we'd saved up for a year to get by accidentally entering the red portal in Clan Wars and dying to a guy naked with only an AGS. I lied and told him I got teleported to the Wilderness and misclicked which was a pretty good story to make up within 30 seconds of losing what felt like my life's work. RSN: Dr1s
RSN: ProStep I started playing in summer of 2007. I remember a guy coming to the cow pasture and showing me all the way through the stronghold of security to get myself a full set of steel with some food, he then convinced me of a way to make money so I proceeded to follow him out to like 35 wilderness with my food noted. He somehow got me to skull (I was too new to understand how he did it) and then he killed me for everything he spent hours helping me obtain.
Started in 2004 I remember playing on my neighbors computer as a kid and getting hooked. Not having a computer at the time, I’d find any excuse to go over to his house to be able to play. Good times
During RSC times. Went to the public library, waited 30minutes for that game to load, picked a random sword from the ground, picked some cabbages and went to wildy and died. Then logged off, as my time was over. Oh fun times.
I started playing around 2005, with one of my best memories being out camping wwith my parents in the south of france. Making my parents buy a wifi pack near the entrance so that i could chop some maple logs for an hour, gaining xp to 60 woodcutting.
I played when I was young and didn’t really know what I was doing. Just started again, beat all the f2p quests, and about to buy membership for the first time. Beautiful game
I started between 2003-2004 because I forgot my account information. After completing ‘A Knights Sword’ quest, I killed ice giants and saw the member only area. Around 2007 I think, I Scrounged up enough money to pay the 60$ for a years membership, ignored the warning and went in and immediately a skeletal wyvern hit me with a 42 and instantly sent me to lumby. Lost lots of rune and a dragon dagger. It was a sad day.
I started in 2003. I trained my combat stats to base 70 before I realized questing gave xp rewards. I mostly trained on goblins, because back in the day, deaths were a lot scarier!
I started around 2003-2004, I remember started on RSC and I was instantly hooked. Even when RS2 came out, it took me awhile to switch over because I was so into RSC. But the new 3D graphics became more and more intriguing to my little 9-yr-old self and eventually I made the switch to RS2 and never looked back
Started 2006, we had dial up and my dad would lock the cable in his room (He left for work before I woke up. I would get up after he left (2 hours before my bus came) I used a coat hanger to fish the cable because it was next to the door. Had to get those gains where I could.
2006 began my addiction! I was in primary school and I grinded every afternoon! I got all my friends involved and my most distinct memory was actually crying when I lost my damaged book with full pages because I didn’t realise I could get it back!
Rsn: ZeroGamer I first started playing around 2007ish. I actually started talking to this kid who was a little big for being in middle school and everyone picked on him so I started to talk to him and he was actually a nice and chill guy. He lived a few streets down from me so after school I would go to his house to hang and him and his older brother actually introduced me into RuneScape. I’ve been hooked ever since.
I started playing around 2004. I had no idea what I was doing and mined coal for hours to get an ancient rune armour set, purely because it was purple. I also never wore a helm for anything because I thought they were ugly lol
Started in 03, I’m 30 years old now! I’ve still got an account. I log in sometimes to re live my youth. Best experience was first getting membership and walking over to Camelot from fally. Started to fish lobsters they were 275ea raw amazing times. Thank you for the good memories. 😊
Started playing runescape during elementary with my little brother. My mom couldn't afford a computer but we would always run to the library and use the computers there. Miss the good old days.
I started in 2006...and man was that an unforgettable memory. Me and my childhood friend started together and we were always competing with eachother for levels and gold haha
I started first grade. It was a "creative hour" after the school titled as "internet course" all we did was play games and the teacher did her work and stuff. Made alot of money as the only person speaking english miles around :D
i started in 2005, my brother who's 6 years older than me got me into RS at the time and i still remember watching him rock a full saradomin set and thinking he was the top dog. i've "quit" many times during my RS journey and just 2 weeks ago picked it up again! currently levelling up strength on my first ever 1 def pure in NMZ as i'm typing this! :D
I started in 2007. Around my first few days of playing I decided to stay after school on a half day. My 9 year old self thought my mom didn’t know it was half a day, so I figured I would take advantage of it and spend the next few hours in the computer lab. Well when I arrived home at 3pm my mom was livid and told me she had called the cops reporting missing child. Lmao omg.
Started in 2006 when I was 12. I had a friend who I went to school with that had been playing for awhile who used to pay me to run cowhides. One time he told me that if I brought him 1,000 rat tails, he would give me 1mil. I spent weeks killing rats at the Lumbridge castle, collected the 1k tails, then found out that they were untradeable....
My almost maxed and 4b account got hacked and I lost it all so I started from fresh and glad to see you’re still doing well. Thank you for the years of laughs you’ve given us.
Wow! What a question! I Started playing late 2003 early 2004, I have so many memories! My first memory is I was wondering around Varrock and some random guy comes up to me at Varrock square and says: "Can you help me with something?". I said yeah, and I just did exactly what he asked me to do at random spots around Varrock. At the end I ended up getting 600 coins out of nowhere! I had just done Shield of Arrav quest, without evening realising. I was so hyped with the 600 coins, I thought I was rich! That same account I did that on, is my current account I am playing on at this very moment on OSRS as an Ironman. Loved your content from day one Tim, always been my favourite creator.
Started back in 2005. I remember being so proud to get my first full Mithril set. I had it for about a week before I got scammed. Learned a lot of life lessons from this game.
Amazing video once again, they just never get old. I started playing Runescape classic in around 2002, I remember getting home after school and going onto Miniclip and loading up the game, not knowing what to even do. Best memories were definitely questing and just mining, then selling everything I got at west bank hahahaha. Trimming Rune sets ;)
I remember about 2008 my brother was living overseas and he had me start playing RuneScape with him to keep in touch and we have been hooked ever since. Unfortunately he stuck with RS3 and I jumped back into OSRS but we still hop on together to this day.
I remember setting up a cooking/cooking business with my cousin, we paid wages based in a teir system of your fishing and cooking levels and had players in set job roles, fishermen, cook, sales. Prior to this when we first started out I remember hustling in Fally park and behind Varrock big bank trying to shout the loudest to sell our fish 😂😂 Amazing memories
Started in 2004. Loved the evil tree spirid while woodcutting and the other npcs while skilling. In these days you woold bring the best gear and food while woodcutting trees. Killed one and got a wizard robe g, made bank those days while skilling from the random monsters youd have to defeat
I started in 2005. Best memory I have is being co-leader of a clan back in the day. We would go out and hundreds of us following leader typing AC (anti crash) during clan fights. Also have a dd (death dot I believe it means) and if someone tried to crash we would run in our full runes and kick some behind…
I started playing in 04 of April I remember attacking cows until 60 attack because I didn't know how to switch from attack to strength. And my other memory is being scammed 200k gp for the holy books you can wield. I'm 5 days late but I love rs. Been busy with my kids haha. Crazy been playing rs for 21 years
Started in 2001 when runescape was still in classic. Most memorable moment from then was seeing open world duels with 'pures' for the first time who was using the zamorak god spell. Many lobsters fished in those days.
Biggest memory is being stuck on MM1 for months as a kid in like 2008. I just tried to run past the range guards over and over because i never figured out how to become a monkey back then. RIP Dj7703, gone but not forgotten. (I got banned for botting woodcutting)
2004, I was 8 years old and didn't speak a word of english Luckily I found a world with a lot of dutch people who taught me more about the game I fondly remember my first christmas, easter and halloween events and quickly learning to write in english
Started just before G.E became a thing. First memory is my friend asked me what level I was, and I said "IDK, but at least 4, because that's the level of this sword".
Started in 03 - ended up in Lumby and was convinced by some random player to follow him for “riches”. Took me straight to the wilderness and 3-hit me. That was my first lesson on trust issues…
Started in 2004 as f2p, calling the game Run Escape to make fun of it. Not knowing it would change my life. Getting my first membership by sending a cheque to the UK and waiting for 2 weeks to become member. The mother of my friend sended it for us both, we were over the moon to finally do something, only to get overwhelmed and start with pickpocketing man :D haha.
I started playing in 2007 I was five and didn’t know how to do anything. I remember the thrill of just entering the wilderness and buying a cape from a vendor or looting a mithril plate body thinking it was a rune one.
Started in 2004 and I used to kill cows for hours and sell the hides in Al Kharid bank to get myself a rune longsword from Varrock sword shop just to lose it in the wild. That was before I knew what protect item did
started playing rs with my older brother sometime in either 06 or 07. I remember fishing in lummy, using color code chats for chat, bartering pre-grand exchange, and playing with friends in the computer lab. great times
It was around 2003, grade 6. I remember on rainy days we would race to the computers to play runescape. If you didn't get one you had to watch your friends. Fond memories
Started playing when I was 8 years old - I'm 27 not so you can do the math. Always remember fishing with a buddy for 99 fishing and we always wanted to fish 1000 sharks for a whip when the whip was a mil back then. Still play occasionally today. I miss it all the time.
Started in 2006, me and my sisters used to play together. We used to play house opposite the church in varrock. My sisters used to tell guys that they wanted a bf and that they needed to follow the unsuspecting noobs to the wildy where I’d be waiting with my maple long bow and a rune dagger. We shared the goods amoungst us. 😂
I started playing weeks after classics release in Jan 2001. I remember my buddy and I had resumed school after winter break and his brother told us about it. We were hooked since. I just remember always being excited for the weekends to play and stay up late. Good times.
Started in 2004 as a kid, my first memory of it is that I died in lumbridge to a man after I got a bronze med helm and I remade my character because of it
I started in 2005, and i remember being excited to get home from elementary school and zooming through my homework to be able to hop on and scape the rest of the day.
I started playing, along with my brother and some other friends, around 04-05ish. I remember so many things, first quests and PKing, staking, merching for hours for a few hundred K in World 2’s Falador Park, flipping whips and stuff. I remember trying to make enough money to get a Santa hat which was around 20M at the time. Party hats were only a few hundred mill each. Now everyone seems to have billions of gold in OSRS lol. I never have. Maybe someday. Life was simpler back then.
Started playing in '03, enjoyed the free to play life until my friends all got memberships from their parents, so of course I grabbed my parents' phone and did the phone payment thing sneakily from then on. Sorry Dad. 20+ years later, here we still are.
My first account was 2001, I was 6 turning 7 and couldn't read. I had to keep guessing and remembering the patern of text I had to pick to get out of tutorial island. Took 2 weeks.
I started playing in 05. Together with my nephew we played runescape on my grandma’s desktop computer. Doing the most random things but we were having fun doing anything. Pest control, looting in w318 edgeville, kill green drags man i miss those times.. rest easy grandma ❤️.
Started in 2009 - I remember being in a summer computer programming class and we all downloaded Pre EOC RS and played while learning to code basic games.
RSN:buffaio I remember PKing a rune scim above the lumberyard because a dude dc'd. Everyone screamed to equip it and I was panicked after picking it up, and I couldn't wield it because I was 34 attack. Great memory. 2004.
Remember starting in primary school and being stuck in the first room on tut island for days because i didnt speak to the instructor. I also remember people getting to level 7 combat in tut island!
I started playing in 2004, and I remember mining and smelting bars in al kharid, walking back to varrock, smithing them into swords, and then selling them to the shop to make money. My first 10k was a grind. 🤣
I started around 2006, I’ll never forget how I didn’t know how to bank and I would always take my valuables into the wilderness with me when trying to f2p pk but I would constantly lose everything 🥲 my friend gifted me some noted items but I didn’t know you could un-note them with the bank so I dropped them instead because I thought they were worthless
Started playing in 2006 I remember all the hard life lessons i learnt at such a young age Had my rune plate trimmed, my password blurred out when i wrote it backwards, the quick item swap right before you hit accept… Ahh, The good ole days
A NEW CHAPTER UNFOLDS 🌄
Gls on the dual wield Draconic Claws
What's worse, they adding pronouns to runescape lmao.
Had a buddy back in 2005-2006 named brandonlee he was the one who introduced me to the internet and RuneScape helped me make my yahoo account to sign up for RuneScape, I didn’t have my own computer so I’d come over to his house every chance I had to hop on and play.
Nice strat, man
Legend.
God damn i did that in 2005 when i was 8
bro +1 used to do this too
Now I do this with the coffee grinder in the morning so I don’t wake up my kids 😂
One thing that’ll stick for life with me from RuneScape is learning how to type, You had to be a real salesman before GE
I REALLY think they screwed up re-adding the GE back to OSRS. It wasn't there when it first launched. @@brennanIXthis.. I was a merchant through and through. All day buying things for cheaper just to sell them at a higher price and at night I would go to the abyss and buy 200 death and chaos from each world and hop. @@brennanIX as much as I preferred it before the GE, people were using bots and websites to trade anyway. It was great when osrs started though and everyone was selling at banks again. You are right about the social interaction, I can play for weeks and never talk to another player now.
@@brennanIX you know there was boys before the GE right? Always has been always will be.
Started in 2006-07 in elementary school days, me and my friends would watch happy tree friends and navigate miniclip for games during computer classes ended up running into runescape. We were all hooked and still play together to this day.
damn i feel old i graduated HS in 08
Bro sameee
Miniclip lol you just unlocked a lost memory in my brain
Happy tree friends. Omg lol. Throw back
My dude basically did a pump and dump with his dh sets and all you idiots in the stream bought those dh sets lol. Smart move well played :)
For sure. Life lessons learned in gaming
Hope it made u a better lil guy!
Lmao my mom called someone who scammed me to give my items back. Highly doubt it's you but gg lol.
Way back in the day my best friend's little brother stole his mother's credit card and bought around $400 worth of runescape gold. Needless to say, he got caught and was forced to get rid of it all.
Some things never change, I guess
Same story here fr!! ALSO W PURPLE GLOVES NGL 😂😂😂
@@leafkefn3774 no way lmfaoooooooooooooooooo

Same here, I used to get up early and ride my bike down to the library. I was there when they opened 😅
@@streetsahead2587 living the dream dude wish we could go back lol
Same in Quebec, Canada that was insane.
It was fun :D I had my own to play at home, but it was SOOO much fun to basically be surrounded by RS gamers and game together.
i havent watched a spark mac vid in years and this was refreshing. you’re still sparc mac.
2007, and my friend saying "you cut trees and sh*t" was all it took to get me on it LMAO
“And shit” is so much other shit lol.
I started about 4-5 years ago and would unintentionally splash cows in lumby. Nobody told me that melee armour makes your magic worse because they probably thought I was splashing on purpose.
lol, thats funny haha
You have to be wearing vambs and no glory etc as well.
@@Nopenotme97 ye it was ammy of str with green dhide vambs and the stronghold boots
@@FizzTheFox do stronghold boots give negative mage? I always have to splash with goblin staff pre 40 range it’s annoying
@@Nopenotme97yes, but not enough that you can skip the green vambraces
Smacked that like. Some early day memories, the first time I unlocked members and getting to experience Camelot. Nostalgic.
Good days…
😂 🔥
Did you get the helm tho

I started playing in summer of 2007.
Good times
i started in 2006 and never stopped since! My dad would catch me up at 4 am playing on a school night. The absolute best days
I started playing in 2004 - you and a friend once killed me at Chaos Elly, about 17 years on and I still haven't forgotten it 😂
I started in 2003. I trained my combat stats to base 70 before I realized questing gave xp rewards. I mostly trained on goblins, because back in the day, deaths were a lot scarier!
Started in about 2007-2008 as a kid. Remember getting scammed for my whole account, but wouldn't change a thing. I learned so much from this game

I first started playing around 2007ish.
Started in 2001. Still playing today. I will never forget getting scammed for full rune and quitting for months.
I started playing in 2006. I have always been a big fan of yours. Much love.
Prior to this when we first started out I remember hustling in Fally park and behind Varrock big bank trying to shout the loudest to sell our fish 😂😂
Amazing memories
Started in 2004. Loved the evil tree spirid while woodcutting and the other npcs while skilling. In these days you woold bring the best gear and food while woodcutting trees. Killed one and got a wizard robe g, made bank those days while skilling from the random monsters youd have to defeat
I started in 2005. Best memory I have is being co-leader of a clan back in the day. We would go out and hundreds of us following leader typing AC (anti crash) during clan fights. Also have a dd (death dot I believe it means) and if someone tried to crash we would run in our full runes and kick some behind…
Started in 03 buying rune scimmys at varrock east bank for 25k and selling them at west bank for 30k for about 50k profit an hour. Good times
I started playing in 04 of April I remember attacking cows until 60 attack because I didn't know how to switch from attack to strength. And my other memory is being scammed 200k gp for the holy books you can wield. I'm 5 days late but I love rs. Been busy with my kids haha. Crazy been playing rs for 21 years
2007-08. making my first full rune kit was my best memory from the early days. remember it being so satisfying to finally have
Started in 2001 when runescape was still in classic.
2004, I was 8 years old and didn't speak a word of english
Luckily I found a world with a lot of dutch people who taught me more about the game
I fondly remember my first christmas, easter and halloween events and quickly learning to write in english
Started 2004. My most memorable moment was emailing Jagex how to make gold. I was told to pick Bananas on karamja and fill the crates, lmao.
I used to play Zelda like this and man it took forever but I made tons of progress 🤣
Started playing in 2006
I remember all the hard life lessons i learnt at such a young age
Had my rune plate trimmed, my password blurred out when i wrote it backwards, the quick item swap right before you hit accept…
Ahh, The good ole days
