After a heavy rain, various mushrooms grew in the mountains.
It took a long time for me to turn around a few hills,
finding 7 different kinds of fungus,
which including green head fungus, russula, pine fungus,
egg fungus, slippery mushroom, broom fungus, yellow silk fungus...
After boiling the mushroom oil, I also made a mushroom feast!
一場大雨過後，山里的各種蘑菇就長了出來
花了半天時間，轉了幾個山頭
也找到了7種不同的菌子
都是比較常見的，有青頭菌，紅菇 ，松菌
雞蛋菌，滑菇，掃把菌，黃絲菌......
熬了菌子油，還做了一桌蘑菇宴

I am jubilant that your rural forest/environment is unspoilt that it supports growth of wild mushrooms and edibles. The Philippines doesn't have any at all , the mountains are brown and desert like . Ancient trees , flora and fauna no longer exist, replaced by devastating flood when moonsoon comes. I was fortunate to have seen what it used to be . We used to harvest wild mushrooms by the bushels from the jungle (long gone).
I'm optimistic that the Chinese people will not follow the Brazilians in destruction of the Amazon forest which is declared forever gone . Same with the Philippines' forest .

through technology I learned that I could forage a very delectable mushroom whilst on a forest walk!
I wouldn't have known to stop and collect if I didn't use my phone to google what the mushroom was and I would have missed a very tasty opportunity.
It's about how we use forms of education at the end of the day, because any kind of education has the ability to be misused not just phones and the internet.

When I was young my mom and sister went in to the wood and picked the mushrooms like these we had all sorts of colors. They were the best food for us then. We were eating mushrooms almost everyday in the rainy season…!

Ох любят они поесть, а я люблю смотреть, как они готовят. И кухню люблю азиатскую и китайскую, больше правда люблю северную, которая острая, чем кисло- сладкую.
На севере в китайской кухне как раз кисло-сладкого вкуса больше:) А чем южнее, тем острее...
@@LeraChestno Наверняка Вы правы, я не особенный знаток китайской кухни, хотя всегда посещаю их аутентичные рестораны в Европе и Азии, но в Китае не была, да и являясь большим поклонником некоторых их блюд, заказываю практически одно и тоже)). 😂😭Черные яйца, ушки, утку пекинскую, хрустящие бобы с острым перцем и солью, ну карпа белку иногда)), к сожалению самый классный ресторан китайской кухни в Москве закрылся, он был даже лучше, чем ресторан в гостинице Пекин. Туда автобусами привозили китайских туристов, а для постоянных клиентов могли вынести водку и со змеей или со скорпионами из закромов.
@@nataliyalogina4462 я рада, что Вам нравится азиатская кухня)) это просто прекрасно, разнообразие вкусов и тд. Только, увы, аутентичные рестораны за границей, даже если там готовят китайцы... Они все равно с измененным вкусом:) хотя все равно вкусно:) та же утка по- пекински даже в Китае, увы, подают не всегда аутентично , даже в самом Пекине, особенно в знаменитых больших ресторанах. Я пробовала настоящую утку, правильную, лишь один раз... Узнала я о том месте от китайца и поехала вечером, искали очень долго, так как оно в лабиринте маленьких одноэтажных домиков, и появляется как по волшебству только после 7-8 вечера!!! Там иностранцев не было ни одного😂 меню на английском нет, никто не понимает ни слова, благо я говорила на китайском. Там мало столов, они тяжелые, деревянные, срубленные, как и лавки... И казалось, что им лет 50😂 а атмосфера огонь. Мы заказали только утку.... И о дааааа, вот она затмила все, что я пробовала) и обязательно там подается отдельно кожа с сахаром!) а так, вкусы китайцев весьма разнообразны:) настоящая китайская кухня это: свинина, кишки, всевозможная требуха, желудки, тофу разнообразное, овощи и зелень всякая... А главное вкус и текстура. У них есть вкус горький например, который у нас ассоциируется только с испорченным и невкусным. А там горький это целые блюда! Горькая приправа, горькая тыква с мясом, кишки и тд:) короче, вкусовое развитие это круто! Желаю Вам открывать этот чудный мир и дальше
