    Do you load your dishwasher back to front or front to back? If you liked this video, you might like my LG Dishwasher review as well! ua-cam.com/video/oRuBLxDhmds/v-deo.html

    Bosch 800 has a lot of things that addresses the concerns you listed. Way more functional rack layout, wine supports in the second row, and adjustable tines

      I was looking at that one too when I was shopping. I ended up with this one because I wanted to see if a lower cost machine could still raise some eyebrows... That being said, Samsungs more expensive models have a lot of that including the lateral sprayers. That Bosch though... it's a really nice machine. I might get that to replace the one inside the house and play around with it. Is that one still around $1100?

    non adjustable tines is a huge deal breaker. Review very much appreciated.

      Yeah. That was surprising.... I did get a pretty cheap version of it though, but still.

    Nice review Joe as usual. I like the top shelf idea for plastic lid containment. I have a KitchenAid for now though that I'm very happy with. I am very impressed though with Samsung's new Bespoke series. Especially that refrigerator. 👌👍
    Off topic... I have a request for you (if you like requests🙂). Ninja came out with a new travel mug called the "Sip Perfect" that is claimed to bring your too hot beverage down to a comfortable sipping temperate and then maintain it there for hours. Nobody on UA-cam has reviewed it yet. I keep watching and hoping you will review it because after all, your reviews are the best. 🥰
    Wadaya think. 😎

      Thanks! Much appreciated. Hmmm... interesting. I wonder how they do that with the cups. Will have to look into that and see about getting one. That's a pretty big problem that I run into myself when I use insulated cups like that.

      @@JoesPhenomenal Yeah, it says it has a ""HeatStore Core" that absorbs heat energy to bring your hot drink to the perfect temp in minutes and keep it there for hours." I have a Thermos brand SS travel mug and it holds the heat so well some times I have to wait 45 min. to an hour before my coffee is drinkable. But then it keeps it hot for about 5 hrs. after that.
      Back to dishwashers. I mentioned I have a KitchenAid dishwasher. It's awesome. It's so quiet I can't even tell it's on most of the time. You have to be right next to it to tell if it's even on at all. It does a phenomenal job 😉cleaning the dishes and has been very reliable. We've had it for 14 years now and the only thing I've done to it is clean out the filter a few times. Still sounds as good as the day it was new. If you're looking for something to try in your home, you might put that on your list.

      @@JoesPhenomenal Way cool! 😀I can't wait to see what you think of it. I'm curious what Ninja calls "the perfect temperature" and for how long it will hold it. Also how long it will take to bring coffee that's too hot to drink down to that temperature. This will be an interesting review. Thank you. 😎👍

    🍴🥄 Hi Joe, I remember have arguments with my cousin on whether, the knifes, forks and spoons, go in up or down 😁 But I see Samsung force you to place the cutlery standing up... I'm surprised when the water nozzle is coming upwards.... I was the dishwasher expert who enjoyed stacking, unloading, drying and putting away... It must be the Nerd in me 😂😂😂

    • @JoesPhenomenal
      @JoesPhenomenal  Місяць тому +1

      Lol... Yep... Those baskets have to hold to hold them up, but you can flip those open and ignore that too. The center sprayer shoots both up and down too, so that probably helps a lot. It really is amazing how clean really any dishwasher can work though... Kinda makes me wanna over stack it on purpose to see how well it handles it.

    I’ve heard a lot about leaks due to design flaws when using stormwash. Any thoughts?

    • @JoesPhenomenal
      @JoesPhenomenal  Місяць тому

      Hmm... I wonder how level they are getting their dishwashers... That's gotta play into. I know mine is leveled since I did it myself... Gonna run nothing but storm washes and see if I get any leaking.

    Does it have a heating element and / or a fan to dry the dishes

    • @JoesPhenomenal
      @JoesPhenomenal  Місяць тому

      It uses condensing drying... So water gets super heated into steam, and when it cools down, it forms at droplets on the stainless tub instead of the dishes. Works really good on mine and my door pops open to help out. On plastic stuffz it's not as good though since the plastic doesn't get hot enough.

    Hi Joe,
    Since we both bought the same LG dishwasher a few years, back it sounds like you are more happy with the Samsung. Let's hope that it doesn't break, as we all know about Samsung service. You might do a followup in 6-12 months down the road.

      @@myutube6422 yep.. Definitely planning on doing a reliability update for it. Was gonna do it at 1yr since it doesn't get as much use as the one in the house.. I might even replace the on ein the house with yet another brand so I can offer some more choices.

    • @JoesPhenomenal
      @JoesPhenomenal  Місяць тому

      @JosefRudy hmm... If it's anything like a regular computer, it would error out if the fan speed drops below a certain rpm... Which happens on PCs a lot.... Wonder if it's something like that.

    A month ago I bought a dishwasher while I was in America for my family in Jordan.
    At first it was good but after one month a water leakage problem appeared and a code appeared and it stopped working
    My son called customer service and two days later people came to check the problem and they were not from the maintenance department and they said that the water valve was damaged and they said that they would fix it within the next week.
    (They are supposed to replace it not maintain it because we bought it just one month ago)
    He told them I don't want to fix it I want to replace it
    They said you can't replace it after 14 days
    This is unreasonable. Bad product and fraud in the warranty.
    There are many good types and international brands and much cheaper than the Samsung brand but I preferred this type because it is new and because the warranty is good in America. But I was disappointed in them. I will not deal with them again
    A global company like Samsung should have a unified warranty policy everywhere.
    I do not advise anyone to buy this model and if there was a zero rating I would have given it to this product

      Hmm.. Makes me wonder if the repair people made a mistake on that.. It sounds like a drainage problem to me. Do you know if there was an air gap installed in the middle? Those can be a problem... I had that exact problem a while back, actually... In any case, if Samsung is trying to not cover it, that's terrible regardless.
