Alien hand syndrome isn't as good as you make it sound. Its not a friend, it could try to kill you it could hit someone really bad, and if it hurts its self then you'll be the one to feel the pain. If it gets in an awkward moment, you'll be the one dealing with it. Sometimes you might even have to fight it.
Also, you know that it can move its arm faster than a rifle bullet, and can hit things fast enough that it boils the water, then makes an air gap, which causes a second hit, callled something like capillary i think...

Alien hand syndrome isn't as good as you make it sound. Its not a friend, it could try to kill you it could hit someone really bad, and if it hurts its self then you'll be the one to feel the pain. If it gets in an awkward moment, you'll be the one dealing with it. Sometimes you might even have to fight it.
