Diana was abused and abandoned as a child and raised in a Russian orphanage ........Her adoptive Mum used singing and voice lessons to help Diana overcome the trauma of her earliest years.......Diana is a natural Contralto which is the lowest female vocalist's register....this performance alone should make us all recognize and appreciate the talent of performers from the "world music" genre......

This voice, which penetrates into the soul, and chills to the bones, is absolutely incredible, some kind of unearthly, or something. And it's not just Diana, they call her a "shaman". It's impossible to break away from her when you listen to her sing, the magic of her voice is fascinating and it's not just the performance of a song, but a whole performance, Diana immerses you in this work, carries you along, and you just meekly follow her, trusting her completely. Diana is a very talented person and a great artist. I like her voice and creativity, she's cool.
