Awesome. I have one exactly like it. I purchased it 2 years ago and it makes it so easy to do things by yourself. You will love it. Cows are also very calm in it for some reason…it’s super quiet.
Being able to close the head gate from the rear of the chute is a huge advantage versus our old Powder River chute where your presence at the head of the chute deters the cows from moving forward.

Herr Chad really knew how to demonstrate the features of that chute! It was nice of them to provide the chute and allow the filming of you picking it up. What a wonderful event! It's always such a treat to see the Split Creek stock and set-up. I'm fingers crossed for a Rivet FTR t-shirt someday.

I saw one of split creeks cows go through Orland auction a few weeks ago. Recognized his brand because of your channel. Was tempted to buy her good looking cow but figured she must be there for a reason. 😃
We have a really nice 3 y.o. cow nursing her second calf, a thick and deep heifer calf, if you’re looking for any pairs. The cow is running with our herd bull presently but we haven’t seen him breed her yet.
I am so excited! I can’t wait to see you use it. Doing all the work yourself and having all those items operational from one area is a blessing. I think Buddy should be the first animal through the chute, as the Farmer Tyler Ranch mascot! Woohoo it’s a great day.

That is an exciting day. . . . I had an uncle who was a veterinarian in a small community in Saskatchewan. He had had polio in his younger years. He used a squeeze chute that laid the animal on its side. He handled cattle within any major problem. Uncle Graeme was a wonder to see. He was an example to many. You will enjoy your new chute. I’m excited for you. I know how much you wanted and needed a better chute. I’m looking forward to future videos on its installation and use. This is a sign of growth and improvement. I appreciate that you are careful on what you use your money on, and this was a very wise and necessary choice. It will be so good for the cows to not have to stumble and risk falling getting out of the other chute. Oh, how nice it would be been to have had this new chute when just recently helping that calf with the foxtail in its eye. Bravo!
Arrowquip chutes are AWESOME! ‘Sonny Farms’ channel has the electric/air version and THAT is to die for! One person operation from a standoff remote position. Really slick. But, yours has all the other fractures except the air actuated chute/head gate, jaw hold. You’re gonna LOVE IT!

It sure would have been nice to have this squeeze chute installed when he had to get the fox tail out of the steer’s eye. That head holder is a game changer for those types of chores.

Great chute upgrade, I have a buddy who has the same chute and loves it. So smooth and quiet too, which is critical to keep cattle calm. When you work solo like you do a lot, you need good handling equipment to keep both yourself and the cattle safe, can't wait to see it in action. @Arrowquip makes some great stuff, a true partner for you and your channel!
We have an Arrowquip, not sure if all the bells and whistles are the same. But we have had vet palpate, ultrasound, and castrate in it as well as giving vacs and doing weights on the attached scale that we have. Enjoy it once you get it installed!

Always a pleasure to see a deserving farmer avail himself of an upgrade in farm equipment, esp the kind that will be safer and easier for the farmer to work and for the animals needing hands on attention. Not to mention the safety offered a visiting vet. Thanks for dropping in to see Jeremy, to have a visual of his animals and a knowledgeable chat regarding their birth and growth patterns etc. Always good for farmers to get face to face time together and discuss past, present, and future stock and their progess. Nice to visit the farm you purchased your bull from. Sounds like the type of guy one would trust buying quality breeding stock from. All the best to you both with your arrowquip squeeze shutes. Being able to pet cows is one thing , but the way he was rubbing those calves is amazing
That calf was exceptionally docile from birth and her dam, though not genetically related (calf is an embryo) is also very docile, which I think creates an environment where the calf is not reacting to flight cues from the dam. That calf will follow us around like a dog if we let her!

I think Aeoroquip is really nice. I have seen their equipment on a number of different channels and it is well thought out and very functional.
