Best thing about Erin's garden is getting a look at all these uncommonly used plants you don't see anywhere else. Worst part is now I have to track down all this weird stuff🤣
She uses no irrigation?
@@jeanettecepress7939 I have drip irrigation on a skinny south-facing bed between the house and the patio and in my vegetable garden. Everything else is hand-watered to get established, or in the case of this year, which has been very dry, I’ll use sprinklers to water.
Loved the close ups of the plants, the stepped back shots of the garden beds and the aerial shots - so well done Erin.
I agree. Such an organized tour! ❤
Love the continued drone footage, for those of us that have no sense of direction 😉
Love your garden ♥️ Can't believe it's not your full time job 😁
Erin! Your garden is absolutely beautiful. Thanks for taking us on a tour.💖🌻
I love this style of tour. I can keep track of where we are and visualize the plants in the whole space.
So beautiful! I love the way your beautiful garden hugs your deck and home. Thank you so much for putting the plant names on the screen!
Erin, you may not like your wall but I think it looks great and I like that it is exposed in places. It adds a dimension to the garden that is attractive.
Oh I love the wall, but I was a decade younger when I built it and I'm not doing that again!
Every area is beautiful. Definitely a garden people would pay to tour. Thanks for sharing.
Love your tours Erin. Garden is looking lovely. Thanks for putting names up on screen and drone views help with orientation.
The drone shots are lovely! I enjoy seeing that gorgeous aralia every summer:)
Thanks for the tour & showing even the imperfect things🙃🙂 it really helps me to understand why my garden isn't perfect 😅😅 You're the best
Absolutely gorgeous!!! You can see it is a true labor of love!!!
Erin, Your garden is one of my favorites, kind of wild but everything works together. You do a beautiful job
LOVING the Moonrise Japanese Maple and appreciate you labeling your plants/trees. The blue color of your door - sweet look. Thanks for the awesome tour. Your gardens are just beautiful.
I loved that tree also! I sure wish I could send Erin some of the rain we've gotten this spring/summer in CT, ugh!
Love your garden Erin! We are blistering hot here in Austin (108 degrees today) and cannot grow a LOT of the beautiful plants in your garden.
And hey gardening lovers! If you like to watch gardening projects, then you will also love Janie at her channel called, "Dig, Plant, Water, Repeat". Janie just bought a good sized piece of property in the country and has a blank slate for gardening! And like Jack, it's so interesting to watch her plan and start projects.
What I love about Erin's garden is that it is always being modified & transformed, and she doesn't plant the same annuals every year, but mixes it up. The gardens always look great and give all of us inspiration to dig out what we don't like and try something new. PS: yup...seems like a tough year for the Dahlias...hoping for a little cooler weather and some nice blooms into the fall.
Erin, your gardens are phenomenal and just bring a smile to my face seeing all the beautiful colors and structural designs there. Great job with the drone footage - I love it!
I wish I had rain here in the PNW. It's over 100 degrees for 3 straight days now
I always enjoy your tours and discover new plants I’d liked to try. You inspire us. Thank you
I simply love your property 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃
So beautiful! I love the drone views so much. That Banana is so amazing! I am loving the umbrella tree and that side view with the banana! Perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful creation!!!
I love the path and design Erin. Thank you for the tour of your lovely garden.
what a wonderful job ! thank you Erin, so enjoy watching your garden videos
I also have a Silver Umbrella aralia that I got quite a few years ago from Broken Arrow Nursery in Connecticut. Like yours, it is massive and spectacular. However, it suckers like crazy wherever its roots roam. Plain green, thorny little devils that tear you up when you try to wrangle them out of the flower bed. Vicious little creatures, but their mama is worth every drop of blood (and then some). And I also love the huge airy flower sprays that she sends out...I was hoping for those gorgeous purple berries that the plain variety gets, but that doesn't happen for me. Erin, this video was so well done, alternating between the close and the aerial shots. Big thumbs up as always!
VERY NICE!!
Loving the ID tags!
Good idea.
And congratulations on the rain!
probably your best garden tour yet!
I'm a circle gal. Love what you've done, no surprise.
looks fabulous, and love the overhead view! my first year with a flowering Angelica gigas, really interesting to see the fist to cuffs being thrown by the wasps and that hornet for valuable food court space 😂
Love the garden…beautiful! I also appreciate the overhead shots.
Thank you for the overview, it helped me make sense of your garden beds. I so enjoy your videos.
Love the rain❤️
As per order - RAIN! Your garden is lovely. I love that it’s natural.
Beautiful video, love your garden and commentary, always a pleasure to watch 🇨🇦
Your garden is absolutely stunning this year! What fabulous variety of plants you have - you’re becoming a major plant collector like our buddy, Jim Putnam and Steph!😂
Hi 😃 your garden's are so pretty . I love all the different verities of plants you put together it's not just pretty but also very interesting . The verigated tree like plant is so perfect where it's at and just makes that garden .
Love your garden, Erin! So many unusual plants! Thanks for the video!
One of my fav garden vlog channel 😌
My side yard I call the Zen Garden as I'm going with a Japanese style plantings. I'm planning on making it a circle shape as well. This convinced me it's going to look great! Nice tour thank you
Great tour Erin. The drone shots give an additional perspective. Very cool. So glad you got some rain. Rosa Glauca!!! a fave old plant. Sadly I had to give mine to a friend with a bigger garden. Goreous hips. Thanks for sharing all your beds in detail. I love how you combine plants. Cheers from Hot and dry Portland OR.
I am enjoying getting to know your garden. Love that aralia!
All of your hard work paid off! Absolutely gorgeous!
Wow beautiful🌹🌹❤❤
Thank you so much for this garden tour!
Everything is looking great. Thanks for the tour👍
The rain sounds wonderful!
Lovely Garden ^~^

Erin - I'm a single working mom on a strict budget. I love your show. You give great practical garden advice. I've gotten rid of my lawn and have a permaculture yard. I need to continue to fill it with plants (esp. pink and purple flowering and perennials) and would love advice on ways to get inexpensive plants. I'm an experienced gardener but no expert. I'd like more on places to buy seeds (esp. native) and those that draw pollinators and maybe a few sneaky ways to get cuttings. I'm NC 7b so all the things that need to go dormant probably won't here. (Originally from Detroit, MI.) I expect we will get upgraded to 8a soon as we never get snow or ice anymore in winter - global warming.
Really well done Erin. While I tend to plant a lot of natives love our hostas. Always enjoy seeing yours.
Congrats on the following! It’s so hot! Remember to not over do it! Drink water!! Everyday must be so fun to wake up to! But it sometimes can feel overwhelming I am sure! If people offer to help let them! From Ontario Canada! I would help if I could!
Always love your gardens, such a lovely video.
Love it all. You are truly a great gardener. Xx
Erin this is just stunning. I love it.
Great video, Erin. That was a really good look at that area. 💕😊
Again.,,, beautiful! Hope you didn't have any storm damage. :)
Thank you Erin, your garden is gorgeous! 🌺💚🙃
I just came across your channel and the first thing that caught my eye was the name of your channel. As a new gardener, I call myself the impatient gardener myself. Subscribed! 🌸
Gorgeous! I have never grown salvia argentea but I will try it next year. Kudos to you on nailing the use of music in your video! I have some painful chronic hearing problems and so often gardening channels will play the worst music at a volume much louder than the host’s speaking voice. It’s painful and frustrating. Not only did I like the music you used, but the volume was great. 😊
If you have ever heard of Roan Mountain state park, it has tons of Angelica. It is known for the Rhododendron Gardens but also has lots of wild flowers. They have festivals and wildflower and birdwatching walks. To say the least I had never seen that much Angelica anywhere. Your gardens are beautiful and this is a great tour!
Enjoyed the walk through your garden. So pretty! ❤
the banana tree is beautiful!
Looking amazing!! I just love it all!!!
I totally enjoyed this garden your! So pretty!❤😊
Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for letting us tour your garden. Perfect end to my day ❤
Just beautiful!
Your garden is so beautiful! I love this method of a plant tour. I always want to know what plants you are growing. Thank you so much for sharing!
Beautiful! Thank you.
I love the area videos. Erin can spend more time detailing the plantings. I am so impressed she does it without hired help. A true gardener. She gets her hands dirty like most gardeners!
Love the lay outs and your choices, looks great!
Thank you for sharing your garden again. I am loving the tours.
What a flourishing garden! Such beauty, I love your Flagstone pathway also, it's on my list this fall❤
Beautiful 🌿🌲🌳🌸🌸👌💓
Beautiful as usual Erin. 😊
Beautiful gardens! You give me so many ideas 😊
So beautiful , thank you
Great inspiration, I have to replant my front garden border and this gives me some ideas, love love the salvia argenta, too bad it isn’t a perennial, thank you
Everything looks lush and beautiful! I can’t believe you still have sweet peas growing. It’s just so hot here. I’m going to try fall planting some since I can’t seem to get any to grow! I don’t know why I keep trying.
Everything looks amazing!! My dream garden with big leaf hostas and hydrangeas. ❤❤
It's been so brutally hot down here in Texas that the only thing that looks great is my barrel cactus colony and my pachypodium.
So lovely 🎉❤🎉
Beautiful tour, you've done an amazing job 'refining' the circle and surrounding areas. Some Shredded Umbrella plants might look cool under your big Spruce Tree popping up out of the geranium. I think they are listed for dry shade. We got over 3 inches of rain down her near Lake Geneva. We definitely needed rain but wow that was extreme 😄
Your garden is looking fabulous! 🐝🌼
Hello from Charlotte, NC where my droopy, hot plants are just hanging on with these dog days of August. You are giving me so much inspiration Erin, and what a talent you are. Hubby just bought me an auger so this fall I can plant a lot more in our red clay soil. Thanks so much!
Beautiful!
The Banana is looking quite happy where it's planted. I love how you plant the unexpected mixed with plants that we're all very familiar with, and everything just meshes so well. Looks just beautiful!
Thank you for the lovely tour!
Beautiful work ❤
Beautiful 🍃🌺🍃
Absolutely beautiful gardens! Agreed, the aerial view is outstanding. Seeing yours, right away, I realized that my own garden path is too narrow. On your misbehaving willow tree... my first thought was that a small pear or apple would be lovely there, forming a higher canopy with added color. Curious how fast your nepeta tends to spread? I have volunteers and am wondering the best division strategy along a short slope. Your videos never fail to inspire! ❤
By far my favorite garden tour guide! There’s something magical about your style that speaks to me. Thank you❤
So beautiful and full of ideas 😍 Maybe try the heuchera under the spruce? I have moved all mine to be under a white pin and they are performing better…I am thinking maybe due to being a bit drier through winter 🤔
Your garden is look wonderful ( u k ) enjoyed the video,
Thank you for sharing! Beautiful garden❤
Beautiful
So beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Inspiring!
Always a pleasure to take a walk through the garden!
Your gardens are looking. beautiful, Erin! Great tour thanks!
First of all thank you for including names of plants! I always make a list when I watch your tours. Beautiful gardens! I know you have deer as do I. Do you spray a lot? I feel like I'm always out there spraying. I try to get deer resistant plants, but they don't always know that they shouldn't touch a particular plant.
Love the drone footage, really helps see the big picture :) Fun and informative to hear you talk about each section and names of plants. I have gone back to Palace Purple Heuchera, reliable here in Michigan and I believe has such an interesting depth of color. Also love the Angelica Gigas. So of course mine didn't come back this year, was hoping it would have reseeded.(even though I spread the seed everywhere) I don't quite get biennials, will I see it next year then? Wonderful garden, and so glad you got your rain!
I love the stand by me clematis and have yet to find it in local garden centers. Gorgeous
