Yes, when will everyone call it what it really is? Hamas isn’t a country, doesn’t have a military of any kind. It’s simply a ragtag force of oppressed people, many running around in flip flops with handmade guns. Why Hamas didn’t use its millions (and billions in legitimate investments outside Israel) to buy these fighters vests, helmets, shoes, basics it could’ve smuggled in. Their greed and corruption doesn’t honor their people or their fighters. That angers and disappoints me, as it should all Palestinians.
Mind Begs the Question:
- If policies of Starvation,Death Camps,Gassing/White Phosphorus,Pogroms,Ethnic Cleansing,etc are repeated
- Does not amount to Holocaust?

Really informative interview. Very depressing as well. I didn't know about the Israeli lobbies involvement in Iraq. I didn't know the demonstrations against the Vietnam War were bigger than thes the ones against the genocide against Gaza
Respect to Iran and the Houthi’s of Yemen standing with their Palestinian neighbors, you might not have much, but when you are standing in Judgement of God may you be righteous in saying you stiood with your brothers and sisters. They are a malignancy on the Middle East, and Iran with all its troubles is the only democracy in the Middle East, not Israel. And of course they are not perfect no democracy is, and we won’t see eye to eye being on the other side of the world, and they need to stop supporting Syria and Russia. Who are also doing, acts of genocide, but it is our fault we backed out of the nuclear deal, before that we spurned their offer to help with Afghanistan, and look at where all our pride and stubbornness of our foreign policy got us. The point is, our diplomatic policy with Iran has been one of prejudice and it has been since 1954 or somewhere around there when we participated in a coup on their democratically elected government, and all because he wanted to privatize his nations oil, and made sure his fellow countrymen profited from them.

Chris, the more we hear from you the better you get, but can I throw in this question? Who could not agree that the fighting in Gaza has no 'better angels' on either side, but Chris, perhaps you can help us out? Why aren't there or haven't there been representatives from the 26 Arab nations coming to the aid of the Palestinian women and children? Why hasn't a safe haven albeit temporary been offered by the Palestinian brothers and sisters? No one is excusing the atrocities committed by either side, but I just do not understand how Arab nations can stand by and watch the disaster unfolding before their very eyes and not stepping in to help out...
To believe that all arab nations stand together is like believing that all christian nations stand together.
Arabs are actually not particularly good people, the same as christians are not (generally) good people.
Let me suggest as a person who has lived in the Middle East and has graduate and undergraduate degrees in Middle Eastern studies that there’s a huge difference between the “Arab street” and the rulers. The street does care, much like the people in this country (the US) who oppose the slaughter and the rulers, who don’t. And who has the power to do anything about it?
I'm guessing it’s the same reason they’ve had since they gave up fighting (Egypt, etc). Quite tragic, really. The collective West, esp the US, has corrupted Arab nations or, at very least compounded what already existed. Oil, gas and staying in power are key. It’s why Israel, US & UAE are in Sudan right now. Columbia Univ just released an economic/political report on this, inc Chad and Cameroon dire situations. Short but illuminating report and not enough coverage even here.
