Susanb and a couple other UA-camrs suggested a version of Kaioken and Buff form for the human fighters as a power up alongside fusion. It doesn't make sense that Goku never showed them Kaioken and while I know it was anime only the dead Z fighters were on King Kai's planet at various times

In the DBZ universe with android 16 spearheadinng the creation of 2 races, a race of Gero/Brief class androides and naturaly giving birth to ogmented lifeforms that can make the world a better place with a lot of them becoming martial artists like the Z fighters and becoming entergolactic mercinaries like the sayins but with 16's guidence becoming something better then the frostiens and the sayins fighting for order in chayoss like the RRA but fighting for peace instead of domination, android 16's programming gives him a structure to create a new force like the RRA but his love for life tempers his programming and sharing that with his created android race makes them good and better a "skynet effect" going in a diffrent direction, I see an android race joining the entergolactic patroll in DBS.

Every new villain arrival has most if not all the z senshi as stronger than the previous villain. They would all be at over a billion each. In fact mecha Frieza would have been at 1200 000 power. A 10 x increase is not out of the question.
With your scenerio Krillin would be 120 000 000 when Mehca Frieza arrived. He would not need Kaio ken for his Ki en zan to cut Frieza and cold.

Because he still isnt strong enough, for him to go with them he needed to be a saiyan or bribe whis. Its also not impossible , its never been stated, besides krillin doesnt have any transformations so every little bit of training contributes to his transformation
