Wow, I think Real estates are really worth investing in, tho is a long term run.
I don’t who, but someone actually needs to hear this, you've got to stop saving all your money. Venture into investing some, if you really want financial stability.
@@brandontgreen6742 Good talk I tell that to my friends everyday. Saving is good investing is much better, I used to think saving would save me but NO, Investing is the real secret of making money.
@BINH CHIEN There are platforms almost everywhere you can invest and they trade your money. Then pay you profits either weekly or monthly, To me That’s investing as well.
There are brokers/ mentors who offer guidances and platforms where you can invest and watch your money multiply in months.
@@janetmartinez1063 Yeah, that’s true and I will really wish to recommend Ms Delia Luna,I heard about her through Bloomberg podcast and started investing for 4 months ago and been able to buy out my own house with profits she made for me.

The changes you made/modelled are very impressive and functional. The bedroom is a massive improvement!!
It would have been nice to see the rest of the living room/kitchen space. I am curious if there would have been space to put a high bar table beside the chaise lounge that could also function as a desk space? That would have freed up the space next to the media console for a bookshelf/storage space, or even plants to bring more greenery in.

I’m a guy trying to make my room nice and have no idea where to start lol glad to find your channel. My room consists of a bed, miners, 1weed plant, tv, ps5 and a bunch of empty beer bottles 🤦🏽♂️😂

As a minimalist guy renting, thankyou! What did you use to hang the pictures? If it’s strips how do you ensure it won’t pull the wall off after? Also I have a large heavier framed photo, any suggestions?

Damn she even did the light switches and outlets in sketchup! I wish I could see what components or models you were dragging in though. And what was the 3D render done in?
I like to get really detailed 🤣 They were just 3D models I downloaded from the warehouse and I used vray rendering
@@SandraJessicaChavez you have to have a dedicated GPU for vray right? I was looking into enscape but my laptop only has intel graphics, as do most reasonably sized laptops.
What brand is the light stand in the bedroom with the three bulbs?
What desktop application do you work on?? I'd like to learn it myself.
I already have experience using other app for design but they're very basic apps (staff and cad)

You can do it yourself ,just watch a lot of videos and you will get the idea . Its that simple

wood feels more warm to me all that white kind of feels more trendy
But I love the rest I love black and gray feels wish there was some more earthy feels

very nice. Whats the size of the bedroom? I have an 18 year old kid with a 10x11 bedroom that has a small space in the window where I can put a reading nook or something with drawers under for storage? He has a queen bed inside that little room and I was thinking about getting him a twin or maybe a full size so he can have more room in there and maybe put a small desk so he can do homework? what size is your bed and is it conferrable? My son is 5ft 10' about 157lbs
the room is 11'-9"x11'-0" with a full size bed. I would recommend a full size bed for your son's room. It will still give him comfortable sleeping area and will probably have space for a desk!

it was a combination of me modeling it and downloading it from 3D warehouse!

6:46 i don' think a media center and a small desk will fit if u look at the before pic, that wall is really small.
the client supplied me with the wall measurements and I 3D model every furniture to scale so I made it it did fit :)
