I don't know when this exact song was released, but the general type of sound has been around since the 70s, and this EXACT sound has been around since the early 90s.
To me, this sounds like a mashup of "Merlion" by Emancipator and Bonobo's "Pick Up" (Drum+bass). I like it a lot. Someone else mentioned the Bonobo comp in these comments, but they tried to decredit Blossom by saying they're a clone who added nothing. That's so wrong. First off, almost every producer out there samples someone else's work at some point. And blending songs together is an addition. It's not like they played the two tracks in succession or tried to pass them off as theirs. The combination of the sounds from the songs they sampled is their creation.
Would want to know who else apart from Bonobo and Blossom? Bonobo was my all time favorite band and now I found Blossom. It's very refreshing! And I would like to know more ;)
Thank you for the information. Is this song of 2012? First Bonobo album with (exactly) this type of sound was released in 2000. And this song seems to blend "Pick up" and "Light pattern" (2003) and "Recurring" (2006).
I've been searching for this song for sooo long! The moment I found it-pricelesss!
ikr mate!
Why can't we just listen to the music? Why argue? This is talented music. Leave it at that.
I struggle to find the words to describe the beauty of this song.

Bonobo isn't the creator of that type of sound. It's a genre, LOTS of music sounds just like this.
