LOVE the He-100/113 & Fw-187 ever since I first heard about them (Also the He-112). Luckily, the German High Command were political idiots at times - most High Commands are but the Germans couldn't afford missteps because that idiot Hitler picked too many fights at once. He and Mussolini should NEVER have declared war on the Soviets while still at war with GB on the other side and then, in a colossal psychotic decision, declared war on the USA just because the damn Japanese had! War with Germany would have been a harder sell for Roosevelt in Congress and with the public than the easy decision to be at war with the Japanese attackers. Finland wasn't stupid...they never declared war on America and America didn't declare against them.
The He 100 sufferd from its cooling system that was never runnig properly, so no mass production would started. America was allready at war as it beginn to sunk german u-boats long before the war declaration.
The He-100 was in many ways superior to the Bf-109. However, Herr Hitler, in his wisdom, had declared Heinkel would produce bombers, and Messerschmitt, fighters. Nonetheless, the He-219 proved to be the best Luftwaffe night fighter of the war, although only about 300 were produced. At the very end, the He-162 "Volksjager" proved to be an extremely cost-effective solution to allied air superiority. But like so much during the war, it was "too little, too late."
Nah ! Several of these planes are described like they were something really special but they just weren't that much better performance wise or any other way. Many had several big issues that plagued them forever
Yea, some did have some performance issues, however in most cases it was the politics that hampered their progress and wide spread use. After all, what machine doesnt have performance issues in the beginning? if further developed, some issues would have been eliminated and maybe outperformed their replacements
@@Curiouslistthe level is one thing the "music" is an other one. It xould be great if you can built up à soubdtrack with WWII times songs. Great série though
The Heinkel He 100 wasn't chosen for frontline use because of her cooling system was very vulnerable to damage from enemy fighters. The planes produced were used for defending the Heinkel factory from airstrikes.
If you make and upload an other video, please make it without the "music". Oh, and tell something about the thing used as avatar too. As it is, you are clickbaiting, and I'll block you next time I see you doing it.
MB5...cudo...
I enjoyed this...except for the background noise...(music).
Glad somone else decided the video for th are calling this music ? not so sure we should actually say that it was music.
0.36 isn't a M.B.3 it's a He 100....
The commentary gets in the way of the music.
good one😂
He100, was a success, as "Blue on Blue" Battle of Britain kills, were Hurricanes, shot down by RAF colleagues...
He 100 - one hole in the wing and it's down

The 'music' ruined this video for me. Very irritating!

Lots of talk here about music and talking - i suggest you research the concept of 'autoduck'.
(Sounds like a drone fighter, but its not)
thanks, i'll have a look at it
The F5F wasn't forgotten. It showed up as the mount of the comic book Nighthawks from D.C.
Hmmm…I thought the Blackhawks of DC Comics flew the F5F Skyrocket in the 1940’s before transitioning to jets. HAWKA-A-A-A-A!!!
could be nice without this ennoying music . stopped at 20 s
thanks for your feedback, i'll reduce the music level in later videos

@@marco-dn7kd point taken, thanks
Sucks for you

Who decided to rate these planes?
the order is arbitrary, the numbers have nothing to do with how good the planes are
The fact that they are remembered is good enough.
Wet finger in the air.
