In the description of UA-cam video EEEAAAOOO, the song itself is credited to Patricia Taxxon, with vocals by Bert Gotrax.
Farthermore, the lyrics are listed:

Clicking on the site, I have confirmed my memory of it being part of an album or EP, totaling 17 tracks. The digital album is entitled The Best Day, and the song, of which the bandcamp link in the video description is a direct link to, is titled sd_bbb, and the exact same lyrics are there. I would have typed them manually earlier, but there were 2 words I was unsure about and I wanted to avoid posting false information.
