  • Testing South African Black Wattle Lump Charcoal that I was sent by WozaBraai-BBQ.com I'm not normally a lump charcoal used and prefer briquettes as I do more low n slow smokes/BBQ cooks than hot n fast. But I really pleasantly surprized and happy with the result. It was a very quick cook on my rotisserie. Oh and my meat tasted delicious.

    Didn't know you could get imported SA charcoal, I've had Kameldooring, sekelbos hardwood etc but not lumpwood charcoal direct from SA
    Try using natural fire lighters (woodies) instead of those chemical ones 🤢
